Horrible experience ! Waited 2 hours after Dr sent in prescription to pick it up. Went to pharmacy it was not ready. They said they were about to go to lunch. Said they could have it ready by 1:20 pm. They sent a text saying it was ready, however when we got there it was not ready and we had to wait on it. Also, the employees working were not the friendliest. The job requires working with the public, if they don’t want to do that, maybe it is not the right job for them.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CVS you can find! Waited 20 minutes for our script only to be told it would be another 20 minutes! We waited that 20 minutes and were told ANOTHER 20 minutes. Meanwhile we have a very sick kid with a fever. 100% ridiculous. It's so bad it just needs to close. No wonder they don't take phone calls anymore, probably just complaints because they're so terrible at their jobs.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. You have to wait days when your prescription is called in to them, when you do go there after to pickup prescription (which is reason why you have to wait days) they have no clue there was any called in because they never monitor the computer. They usually have a minimum of 5 people back there working, all are incredibly rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them. Would highly suggest going to any other pharmacy if you’re able to. Drive thru is even worse, they will leave you sitting out there before ever coming to window for long periods of time.

Have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. Always to busy. Never have the medication ready, (even with three-day notice). Behind the counter the isles were stashed with bags & boxes of meds on the floors. People that work there are always in a rush. Had to go there lately because of insurance. Not anymore. We can go to camdin clark pharmacy... we went there before. And it's nice to be back where your treated like a human being.

Used this Pharmacy years ago. Switched off to Rite-Aid after one of the pharmacists took over half my prescription. Got home and there was only 12 pills instead of 30. Went back and they said I must have lost them on the way home.
Forced to use this one again after Rite-Aid closed, already have had issues with them not getting my meds filled on the same day as one another. I get multiple meds and when one gets filled on the day it is sent in and the other isn't filled til the next day, they won't give me 31 pills to make up for the day they missed. Therefore I end up with one pill each month short, then the next month it's 2 days short, etc. It shouldn't be me suffering because they can't keep the medicine in stock.
Tried calling them to see if it'd be ready, can't even reach them. You can only leave a message after successfully navigating a labyrinth of robo prompts. They were supposed to call back within an hour. Never called.

They fill refills very late and will gladly make you go without medication. Atrocious pharmacy.

Showed up to pickup a prescription for my mother who is having a procedure tomorrow. They had a prescription and I asked is this to help calm her nerves. They said it had a sleep additive, so probably. I paid $85 and it was not even a medicine that she takes, much less the one I was looking for. And no refund!!

CVS has the best loyalty program ever. I love this store and always go here to get certain things. I also never pay full price with Carepass.

Text me saying meds are ready for pick up. When I show up they are closed or meds are not ready due to short staff. Need a new district manager that cares about customer service.
