ERIN AND ASHLEY (GM)Erin N told me she is out of options for treatment!!!Office manger ashley is extremely condescending. She took a month to send my complaint over to Lisa poling At athens for a complaint on their staff. She said She didn’t know i was trying to complain but i made it very clear. I had to follow up a month later because ashley was not capable and tried to brush off my situation. EXTREMELY RUDE TO SPEAK TO SHE CUT ME OFF EVERY-OTHER WORD.After less than 6 months of seeing her i got tested and came up with a ptsd and a personality disorder. She offered me lithium and a Lamotrine pill or something of that sort(extreme meds)I was 17. Im 18 now and was extremely frustrated with me and told me to see someone else. I tried to make a formal complaint but the office manager won’t take the steps to file the complaint or reach back out to me after 2 months Of me trying to contact. So unprofessional And that’s coming from the daughter and granddaughter of doctors.Find better more professional treatment from a staff who won’t treat you poorly based on age or biased.

I have been there twice so far and all the staff is friendly, I would recommend them .

I have a friend who is helped by this facility. They are WONDERFUL about taking your calls and addressing immediate problems. Other places in Charleston (a particular doctor who has since retired) never helped them like this place does. Erin Neff in particular is wonderful and does a beautiful job!

Terrific outpatient counseling from people that actually care about their patients. I would recommend them to anybody. Their AOD therapists and case managers are excellent.
