Worst Peoples Bank location I have ever seen! I am so glad I don’t live in or near Belpre because this location is a nightmare! Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes with no movement. I had to go inside and only one teller worked the counter while the rest kept getting asked to come up front and help and they all wanted to shrug their shoulders and make excuses about why they needed to go do this or that. No teamwork whatsoever! I got tired of waiting in line after ten minutes and just left. Absolutely no sense in any of it!

Teller lost my i.d. I gave it 2 weeks and went back and was told at the bank if it wasn't at my house by now it wasn't sent(suppose have it mailed if they found it)..then had a phone call saying they mailed it which was over two weeks ago. Lied to cover tellers a$$/themselves. Didn't even offer to pay for my new i.d. due to tellers irresponsibility. The manager at belpre location acted like it wasn't a big deal. I've been with them for over 20 years and definitely will be switching banks now.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!I’ve been with this bank for years and I've had two loans with them. An error occurred with my account that was caused by their ebanking which resulted in me losing hundreds of dollars. When I confronted them they gas lighted me and went back on what they said they would do to fix the problem. They treat their customers poorly and only care about saving their own pockets. And Danielle the regional manager was rude and snarky and didn’t care to listen to what I was trying to explain to her. She kept sliding me and trying to rush me away. AND they didn’t refund me any of the money that THEY lost me. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

SLOOOWWWW !!!BEEN customer over 40yrs.Since they closed branch bank in Belpre the main bank has been ever so slow and the least friendliest of places. THEY really need to shape up and take better care of customers !

Call to set up an appointment to make a savings account, and was told what I thought were all the requirements to do so. I get there and was told, I couldn’t open a simple savings account because I haven’t been at my current address long enough and haven’t had an account with peoples recently. I just moved to Belpre, so I should be punished for that I guess. Just stupid. Went to Belpre first mutual and opened account no problem, didn’t need a ridiculous credit score to do so..

This bank is beyond frustrating and extremely slow!! Whether you go inside to the lobby or use the drive thru, very poor service. I would recommend any bank over this bank.

There is no consistency in the training of any staff in the entire company not just this branch. Customer service will tell you one thing over the phone, then at the bank they contradict what customer service said on the phone. Dealing with this bank is very frustrating. If you pay your loan payment with a check from another bank you will get harassed about opening a Peoples bank checking account EVERY time you make a payment. I highly recommend Chase bank, United bank, or even keeping your money under your mattress over this bank.
