“Did a partial trailer rental for my move, and the process was easy and stress-free. It took about nine business days to receive my items which was longer than estimated, but there is an option for guaranteed delivery that I chose not to pay for, so I didn’t mind. Upack was mostly communicative about the trailer arrival and delivery (between loading the truck and arrival to the facility I didn’t receive any updates, but this seems to be standard amongst moving companies), which was helpful. The person who delivered my items also took the dividers down for me and took the time to explain how to open and close the truck doors which I appreciated as someone moving without help. Overall, I would definitely use Upack again for another move.”
