You cannot call local office directly. I could not reach the person dealing with my issue. Oh well, what else would you expect from the post office.

This post is for the true gem of an employee Carl you have working there. He is so friendly and doesn't mind to crack a joke. He waited on us promptly. He was very knowledgeable and polite. His attitude I the best I have ever seen at any post office and/or by any of your employees. So thanks Carl for putting the customer first.

When delivering a package...either from Amazon or regular USPS, there is a person that will not deliver to my address. They mark the package as "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible". I live on a small hill. I drive a hyundai sonata with low ground clearance and I put the trash out each week. Im a heavy guy and can do it without exertion. Yet, this person would rather Lie than deliver the package. It wasn't raining. It wasn't covered in snow or ice. It's a sunny day ousted and is cool. I don't like to complain. But this is the third time this has happened. My sons medical supplies were desperately needed for his care. No one else has an issue delivering. Not other usps drivers, ups or fedex. I will be making a conplaint in person with evidence.

No matter rain, snow or natural disaster the mail must go thru...tell that to this Post master in Belpre. They are by far the worst group ever! Màil never shows up! And it's sunny! Don't trust them to deliver anything but broken promises! That's Government for ya!

Constantly leaves my packages at other homes, a few have gone missing, and every time they say “We will start and investigation.” And after countless phone calls nothing has been done or will be done about it. I have video proof of them delivering to the wrong house, but it’s not enough evidence according to them. They don’t even look at the address I’m guessing, they just plop it down where they see fit. It’s ridiculous. Avoid shipping through USPS.

DDU driver here. I've always considered Belpre to be a good stop because the staff are at least polite and helpful. Today was a different story. Arrived on time to site but was greeted by locked doors which cuts into my schedule. Completely ignored by postal workers when asked about drop location. Supervisor was very friendly though. I bust my @ss to be on time every time and I could absolutely tell my being on time was a burden to everybody but the supervisor. She gets five stars and the workers each get one.

Absolutely the most laziest postman ever. You order a package and the lazy driver cant even deliver it to your house. They leave a pretty little orange note that says, I'm lazy and could you come to the office in Belpre because I dont want to do my job. They actually should refund your shipping 100 percent!

there is an older woman that works there who claims it's not her job to help out when the line of people gets enormous. She will walk out front & stare but do nothing. She'll just say "I get paid too much so I can't wait on customers"

What do You expect? It's the federal government in a microcosm. I believe their quality measure for mail delivery is "If we get within 6-7 houses of the correct address than it's a win!"
