“it brightened my day to see a veterinarian not only perform head to toe inspection upon my animal, but that same Vet was teaching the technician on the job at the same time.
The attitude of the staff is customer focused. They treat your animal very gently. And they actually take the time to do and perform interventions, at a great cost.”
“My dogs and I have been coming here for 30 years. Dr Essig is very good with pets and staff is truly Amazing. Referred out for major surgery but minors handled on the spot, mole removal, teeth cleaning, Librella shots.
My lab Melanie and I give them 5 stars!”
“Took my cat for a little checkup on a spot I was worried about and the entire staff I spoke with were SO genuinely sweet and caring. Not to mention quick and efficient as well. The office was very clean and looked to be well maintained, even at the end of the day! I had to call back the next day with a couple questions and McKenzie spoke with me and was so so patient and nice to me. Definitely recommending this location to my other fur parents. ”
“Awesome experience i was so concerned about my husky they seen her that day. And where I was already an existing client they charge wasn't so much. They were so easy with her and didn't judge her because of her bread.”

“Vienna Vet Clinic did a tremendous and expedient job. With a caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took care of all my dog’s health and wellness issues and any concerns I had regarding them.”
“First time here getting my cat, Flora, spayed! We just moved into a new apartment this week so money was right. They made sure a grant covered all expenses! Very sweet and professional people!”

“We live out of town and had to take our pet in for an emergent visit. They told us to come down and they would work on squeezing us in. Although, they were busy when we arrived they were very courteous, professional, and obliging. We saw Dr. Sarah Schott. She quickly diagnosed the situation, gave us options, and wrote prescriptions to begin treatment protocol. Their staff even offered cost effective measures for us to consider. This was one visit to a vet. where we didn't feel as if they were trying to capitalize on out-of-towners and a quick way to charge concerned parents higher prices. We are most grateful. Thank you for stellar service and care. (Golden doodle, Simon)Debbie & Kevin Rake”
“Dr Sullivan is the best vet we have ever used...He has been taking care of our babies for over 15 years...He is affordable and just plain good! His staff is wonderful and very straight forward...when your baby is sick you need to know the facts...they are honest!”
“I've been taking my dogs here for over 20 years (before they were VCA). The staff here really cares about not only your pet, but you as well (going through health problems myself). They are attentive, super friendly and do a great job. I was so fortunate that they got my dog in the same day, treated her injuries, and made sure she was doing okay during all of her follow-up appointments. I really appreciate the kindness of the staff and Dr. Kuchyt.”
