“We are from out of town and bought a car sight unseen they got it inspected and repaired in a little longer time then it took us to find and eat lunch so we didn't have to haul it back on a car hauler they were affordable and fast and they got ac so give them a try if your ever in their part of Cleveland Oh and we are from Muncie it's about five hours drive and they got us right when we needed it they also gave us a car fax and a print of issues commonly found with the car the lady at the counter Pam was very informative and professional with the help she provided us”

“I went in to get an interior detail today after getting a gift card for two details for Christmas. Apparently there was some confusion on the price because I have a van. I left a little upset after dropping my vehicle off and got more upset as the day went on. When I went in to pick it up I spoke with someone who was very polite and understanding, who then got Tim, the manager. Tim more than made up for the mistake and I left feeling so relieved. Not only did I leave feeling relieved, I got into my car and was SHOCKED at not only how clean it was, but how GREAT it smelled too. I totally recommend getting your car detailed here. Matt, Jeff and the shop crew do great work and are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do no matter if it’s general maintenance like tires, oil changes, etc or heavy performance modifications, whether your a car enthusiast or just need something fixed give them a call. They never disappoint and are reasonably priced for whatever type of work you need done. Specializing in VW, BMW, Audi, and Porsche this is the place to go, certified Apr dealer and they have access to just about anything you need including oem and aftermarket parts. I get all my work done here and will never go back to a dealership or anywhere else.”

I blame the used car manager, Jordan, for that. Otherwise- a decent place to buy a car.

“Returned to Miracle Shield after 2 years to get the undercoating touched up, since we had a rough winter. It's held up great. Thanks to the body panel sealer, my 10 year old truck doesn't have a spot of rust on it. Finally tried out their signature Miracle Shield paint protector. Looks brilliant, will update with results after a while. Overall a great local company, professional and friendly people, and a good way to keep your car looking new.”
“GK’s detailed my 2020 SUV today and it looks better than when I purchased it used from the dealership a few years ago (and it was detailed before I bought it)! You would never be able to tell that I have an 8 yr old who eats in my car daily. My all weather mats were destroyed from the salt, snow and slush from Ohio winters and they now look brand new! GK’s let me use a loaner car for the day which was so convenient and extremely helpful with my busy schedule. Professional, friendly and excellent service!”

“I recently had my 2015 Ducati Monster 821 serviced at Ducati Cleveland. To be honest, there were some issues and miscommunication along the way, and at one point I was pretty frustrated. However, what impressed me most was how the team handled everything once the concerns were brought up. They listened, took ownership, and worked hard to make things right.
I want to give a special thank you to Jason. He went above and beyond for me, even driving an hour to meet me and make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure my replacement key worked properly and adjusted the exhaust position on my bike, which made a huge difference in comfort on my ride home. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days.
I’d also like to thank Darren for taking care of me and hooking me up with an awesome Ducati backpack. It was a great gesture and showed that the team genuinely cares about their customers.
No dealership is perfect, and problems can happen anywhere. What matters is how those problems are handled, and Ducati Cleveland proved that they stand behind their customers. “I had a ceramic coat put on my truck by Chris and it was well worth the cost. I took a trip to the outer banks and back and had a lot of road grime and bugs. I came home and washed it with just water, no soap, and all of the dirt and bugs just wiped off. I would recommend Chris for a ceramic coat or even a detail as he does a great job!!”
“I've been doing business with Patrick and his associates since 2009 and have never had a complaint. I've had my last five vehicles rustproofed at Pampered Carriage and I would never go anywhere else again. The original vehicle that was rust-proofed in 2009 is still on the road today (2024) with minimal rust damage and it's a daily driver. Pampered Carriage has competitive pricing, pays attention to detail, and provides great customer service.
Advice: Vehicles are a huge investment and in my opinion, they should be rust-proofed. It will not only make the undercarriage last longer but also protect the break lines, fuel lines, and other frequently replaced parts due to rust damage.”
