“I love this place so much... I got my first car about 2 years ago and they fixed it up for half the price this other shop was trying to do it for, because I'm a young girl and I guess they thought they could fool me by trying to charge me $80 each for lugnuts saying they were stripped (they were fine and that price is ridiculous) BUT THIS GUY RIGHT HERE?? Wonderful I love this place they are so honest and very kind and helpful, they get you in and out quick no hassle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Mechanic / owner Dan and this shop was such a blessing to me. Dan is an honest man whose dedication is palpable - I had some very complicated work done here and the results were outstanding while the price was very fair. I recommend this place to anybody who needs anything auto related!”

“I got into an accident a month ago that resulted in a considerable amount of damage to my car. My local trusted mechanic doesn't do collision work and they recommended I reach out to Jim at J&J. Outside of being an encyclopedia of knowledge on everything to do with automobiles, Jim always answered my calls, always gave me more of his time than he should have as someone running a business, and advised me in a manner that was obvious that he cared more about what was best for me rather than what was best for him and his business. Jim is the kind of guy you refer your mother or grandmother over to without hesitation. Can't say enough good about this place, support them when you need support with your vehicle.”

“I got a new set of tires from here the staff were very friendly and informative and the service was quick also saved me money I will be back for any future auto service”

“First time here, Ron is a straight up guy. I was having issues with my wheel camber (been 4x to get an alignment) he was able to solve the issue first time, and my steering wheel is back straight! Was in and out, No bs, prices are straight up. Will definitely be back in the future if I need repairs.”

“Dad took all our family cars there for service work, brakes, ignition, exhaust, suspension, everything for almost 20 years. Always a fair price and especially when times were tough, Jim didn't fix what wasn't broken”

“obviously, I hope people don’t have to use a collision center because that means they were in an accident. But if you are, I recommend using Gerber specifically in Berea. Lori and Bob were great to work with and absolutely delivered”

“I had a screw in my tire that was in a spot that couldn't be repaired. They got the correct tires for me and got them on the next day. They were friendly and efficient”
