Some yahoo went around keying vehicles in a parking garage and my daughters vehicle was one of victims. We decided it would be best to pay out of pocket vs make an insurance claim, but were concerned about the unplanned cost. I found Beetler's Auto Body on a internet search and liked the reviews I read and called and talked to a very nice lady on the phone. My daughter then took her vehicle here to get a quote and her vehicle was fixed within a week for a very fair price. I have only kind words to say about this business and all of their employees. Everyone were very friendly, polite and clearly knowledgeable of how to do a wonderful job from start to finish. I am so pleased to have established a relationship with this business and will keep them in mind for the future if needed. Well Done!

I had them do a job that most body shops in the Cleveland area refused to do. They were the first shop I called for an estimate and after shopping around a bit I decided to have them do the job. The car I had them do work for was my baby, so I’m very very particular regarding anything when it comes this vehicle based on past experiences. They did an absolute pristine paint job. They even had me come up to verify the match before finishing the job just to be sure. It was a complete match. Reasonable pricing, high quality work, and very honest people all around. I had two family members urge me to take the job to their shop and they executed flawlessly. Would recommend their work to anyone bc I definitively know that they know exactly what they are doing from a professional perspective.Service: Painting

Beetler's doesn't do good work, they do GREAT work! I have a 2001 Chrysler Prowler which was in need of door and qtr panel work. They nailed it out of the park with fit and finish. The factory pin stripes were hand painted at the factory, Beetler's duplicated them. After numerous car washes everything still looks factory. Also, they're shop rate labor and materials is so reasonable nobody can touch them.

Had a very piss poor experience with this body shop and it staff!!!!! We were recommend this place by several family members to take care of our car that had been in a accident right before our 1st child was to be born. We kept being reassured that the car was in good hands and that the car would be A-1.....after 3 months of patiently waiting we picked it up. The paint looked like it was painted by a 4th grader and polished by a cheese grader. It’s sad that “Toby“ wouldn’t work on the cars himself and would let some low level body guys ruin a business he worked hard to build.......It’s unfortunate but if your looking for great body work and paint repair this is not the place for you or anyone at that fact. Also the rental went over the agreed time the Insurence paid for and “Toby” bring the generous man he is promised he would cover it until done with the car but actions speak louder the words and “Toby” never followed through leaving us with a $1,000 bill from hertz in the mail.
