I had to pick up a prescription at this location. I can tell you that they're very nice and very professional. I usually go else where and can't stand CVS pharmacies, but this was a life or death situation and they helped out. The whole staff were nice, helpful and courteous. Keep up the great work

Giving 1 star because it’s ridiculous that you can’t call the pharmacy and speak with someone. The only option is to leave a voicemail and just wait for a call back. Nothing against the people who work there but that’s insane. Medications are too important to not be able to speak with the pharmacy when needed.

Worst automated attendant I've experienced, impossible to speak with someone. Transferring prescriptions ASAP. Just get Amazon pharmacy. Why try to shop local when they are so horrible. Go to drug mart. much better. This is a horrible store and the staff just doesn't give a f.

I had to purchase vitamins at cvs in Berea Ohio. I was having a hard time buying CVS brand that I always purchase. The sweetest employee (her name was Robin) helped me find them. There needs to be more people with the customer service like Robin Hamp.

I hate using the self checkout but the cashier was too busy chatting with their friend. Not some spaced out teenager either, both were full grown women.

Need to go back to old hours with pharmacy being open earlier at least 8 AM. Pharmacy should be open 24 7 there.

Front check out was all self checkout but when you need help, staff was right there. Pharmacy service was quick and efficient.
