The wonderful professional at the Pharmacy drive-through was fantastic. She was kind, caring, professional, and efficient. She especially made my night by giving me a treat to take for each of my senior (14ish year old) special needs dogs. They appreciate it! :-) The whole team has been very helpful every time i've been there for a pickup, quick shopping trip, or vaccination.

I recently moved to Berea and had a Livalo (Tier 4) prescription transferred from another CVS pharmacy. My co pay is $95.00 for #30 tablets. Has been for the entire time I have been prescribed this medication. Due to a side effect intolerance I self administer 1/2 tab daily on the advice of my primary physician. Berea CVS pharmacists have elected to charge me $95.00 for #15 tablets as they are able to at "their discretion". They refused to refund me $45.00 or provide me with the remaining #15 tablets to which I am entitled. If any pharmacist can act at their own discretion without fear of consequences, with no concern for senior citizens and their fixed incomes, then I pray their karma will not prevail. On principle I will never set foot in a CVS pharmacy again. I have registered with the Cleveland Clinic pharmacy, where the pharmacists and staff act with integrity, and display courtesy and kindness to all customers.

Store management does not care if you get a UTI or a kidney infection, nor do they care about a clean well lit store, but they DO care about their bottom dollar.No public restroom? Seriously? You're a CVS, you have plenty of overhead for a bathroom.

Pharmacy not staffed according to work volume. Feel bad for the staff. Feel bad for the customers. Not a lot of 24 hour pharmacies around.

I am so done with this Pharmacy. I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve given this pharmacy several chances. They are the absolute worst. Absolute worst they’re passive aggressively slow on purpose, and they always claim they’re short staffed. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled for 30 years at several pharmacies in this area, and I have never in my life had a single problem. I am so I am so upset that I could get this bad of service. I don’t even know where to begin so I’m just gonna call Corporate and talk to them about everything. Please people go somewhere else!!! They had a ton of one star reviews and then right after that they started getting whole bunch of better ones because they had all their friends or people they know post reviews that’s what places do when they get a ton of one stars. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone or something because this is no way could any place be this absolutely bad!!

Update. I picked up prescriptions, and as part of the process, there is information on the credit card machine that I have to agree to. This ... employee ... reaches in my way, tap tap agree, and doesn't say a word. Um, excuse me? So I asked, and she blows me off. This has happened repeatedly with this employee. She is blonde, heavy set, and obviously needs some training. Whatever she agreed me to, I want it taken back; I do not agree.Previous 5 star review:The male after 10 pm weeknight cashier was amazing. Joyful and helpful and saved me $$$ and fixed my issue. And I didn't even go to CVS to fix an issue! This guy is just amazing.

I had to purchase vitamins at cvs in Berea Ohio. I was having a hard time buying CVS brand that I always purchase. The sweetest employee (her name was Robin) helped me find them. There needs to be more people with the customer service like Robin Hamp.
