I went to shop this Berea location. It was 9:35 pm, 25 minutes to close and the doors were locked. An employee was clearly visible inside. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

This specific location has went downhill for the last cpl yrs..Its dirty, unorganized, and the staff is clueless. Today, the cashier was running around looking for items for some customers that just walked in the doors avoiding the line. Her coworker was outside smoking a cig...really!?!?I come here only because I frequent the Farmers Exchange. From now on I'll make an extra ✋️

The woman who checked me out..was just rude..so in return I was extremely nice..saying thank you have a good day..no response....store is over packed with stuff all of the place...and not on the shelves..rude worker..

Prices on shelf are alot different when you get to register...I have to make sure they charge right price for everything...I've been ripped of so much...when you ask for right price they are very rude

This experience was like walking right into a Hoarders episode. I still can't believe the mess I saw at this location today. Even if you're short staffed, get organized! Nobody wants to shop or work in this combat zone. I have never seen anything like it. DOLLAR GENERAL, you need a new manager.

The staff here is great they're very polite and a trucker and off and I parked near here they always seem to have just a little thing that I need whether it's something to drink or eat or a little container to store my things in while I'm driving. And I wish I could give them more stars than five.

Very well stocked. The walkways are skinny. Only one cart can go through at a time but, very clean.
