Sorry, I miss the old owners. Custard machine either not working, or they don’t open it up until June. Free tire air also a thing of the past. Very disappointed.

They overcharge. They also have a policy that you must spend a certain amount if paying by credit card. If you overcharge people, do you think they will come back? Also, the microwaved spinach pies are not good. Felt ripped off, and I will never return.

They hardly carry anything anymore it seems outside of beer and lottery tickets. Just today I walked up there at 4 p.m. to pick up some bread for dinner and the door was locked. The man working inside saw me and did nothing. Used to be such a nice place years ago.

How to lose a customer who has been coming here for 11 years: It's 4 in the afternoon, I walk here because it's close to my house to buy a few brews. The door was locked and the owner is sitting in the corner staring out the drive-thru window. I knock and he glances at me and then goes back to looking out the window like I'm supposed to come in. It's a shame because the previous owner was such a sweetheart and now the new owners are so rude. They also close so much earlier that you're better off going elsewhere.

This place has a lot of potential. I'd like to see all the window coverings come down, a revamped menu, and cleaned out internally. Has potential to be a nice neighborhood staple. Semi-new owners; hopefully they rethink why this business isn't working out.

What kind of Deli doesn't have corned beef??? His kid was in the back room crying. This place is a disgrace to the city of Berea. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
