I wouldn’t even give them one star if possible. Everything seemed fine until I got my car back. They did a horrible job. My front bumper wasn’t put on correctly. When fixing my lights they blew a fuse and denied it which I had to pay to fix, and now I’m having to pay thousands to fix repairs to my suspension after asking them several times to look at it after my wreck.
Really glad I gave you guys my money just to turn around and have to pay more for repairs that should’ve been fixed by you and my insurance

My 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV vehicle was struck in a parking lot, so Nationwide had a company tow my car here for repairs.
Because I have the matte finish, the process was particularly complicated. Additionally, the accident required an alignment and repair/replacements of the front bumper & grille, fender, wheels, front suspension, front door, and diagnostics.
What I appreciated most was Chuck and/or Lorie communicated every step of this repair with texts and calls on repair updates. I think most of us understand that things feel off when we're not in our own vehicles and these folks helped minimze that for me.
The repairs came out wonderfully and I was happy to put smiling faces to names. Chuck walked me out to my vehicle though they were close to closing and had a nice conversation with me. Thank you Chuck, Lorie, and the entire team!

They did some tricky aluminum body work on my Jaguar, and it looks good now. Not perfect; the rear tail-light doesn't fit quite right anymore. But nobody else within 100 miles would even try.

Madison is dishonest and lied about the work being done and completed on multiple occasions. My Mercedes is still not right, it was returned with missing parts and invomplete repairs. It took 5 returns to get the work "almost" complete( still has some loose fasteners but I do not trust them to complete it)

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The customer service from Mitch and Lori was nothing short of outstanding. They are always very busy on the phones, yet kind and very helpful to someone new to the car accident vs insurance process.

Gerber Collision Center did an amazing job fixing my Tesla Model Y 2020. The car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'd like to give a special thanks to Bob, the general manager, and Steve for their excellent communication and understanding throughout the process. Employees were nice. However, they really weren't listening to what I was saying at all. No insurance claim means no insurance claim. Don't continue to ask the same questions and say the same things, its annoying. Needless to say, I found a shop that took the time to listen the first go round.

Bob and Lorie both were able to help me when I had trouble tracking down parts for my car. I had about 6 emails and voicemails into my cars manufacturer but never received a call or email back. One call to Gerber and the parts are on order! I'm very pleased with my experienceService: Body & Trim

Andy Kwan, your managers should be so lucky, you should run the show, this guy goes above and beyond, I hit a deer, they told me I wouldn’t see my Tesla for 5/6 months, the GM and Andy got it done in a month, thank you very much, I hopeMy car is perfect she sure looks like it and customer service was too notch , beside one woman but what do want during the covid! The body work was good no problem there, I dropped off my car with a near full full charge. 229 of 250. They even commented and thanked me. Only to return it to me with less than 40 miles of range after having it for 12 days UNACCEPTABLE, when I made my displeasure known he said ( well there is a charging station nearby ) ???? really???
