I have never been to a budget chain or department store hair salon in the 45yrs I've been going.
Yet I was most pleasantly surprised and delighted. Kirsten understood exactly what I wanted/needed and did an excellent job, the price was very reasonable, especially with the senior discount. She usually works out of the Strongsville location and will go there for my future haircuts.

I used “Online Check In”. I was able to go right in, be seated and tell the stylist Kate what I was interested in. Kate was both personable and professional. She took a look at the photo I brought in & was able to give me the exact cut I desired. She provided articulate conversation while giving me a fabulous cut and I will DEFINITELY be a future client of KATE’S again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Got on line and got my place in line, said zero wait. Arrived in about 15 minutes and had no wait. Victoria is a fantastic hair dresser, she does my hair and my wife. She is also easy to work with. Very happy with both our hair cuts.

I have been a long-time customer of Great Clips.
Though they have changed the way you pay if it is with a card where you are prompted to leave the tip, your choices are $5.00, $7.00 or $9.00. And the manner presented by the employee is
higher-pressure than one would see in other service related businesses. I watched a older gentleman paying with a credit card and he told the employee he could not see the screen after she explained the tip options $5 or $7 or $9 or other. She offered to press a button for him. He ended up pressing one.
Something is wrong here. I lived in New York City when I was young and that is the only place I ever saw so high-pressure tactics regarding tipping for service.
I tipped 20%, but the employee never looked me in the eye when they handed me the receipt.
Great Clips, as a business in Berea, Ohio, you have dropped the ball on this manner of negotiating tips.

Awful. I hate leaving bad reviews but my hair was butchered at this place. All I wanted was a tiny bit trimmed off my bangs and she cut a good inch off of them. Not only did she cut them way too short but they’re so blunt and uneven. I look ridiculous.

4/5/24- So I don’t understand how a 1/2 off the top turns into almost a buzz cut!!! Like is the slope of my head the Top! How do you stop Some one after they have already cut it too short. What do I say!! Uhm stop! “ how do you like it? UHM ITS TOO SHORT! Oh , sorry about that.”
I’m done here.
I need to go to a barber or a salon.
