Ugh! Save yourself the drama of the inept staff and useless managers and shop at any other Marc's. Brad runs this store like the least important thing is customer satisfaction. One time I was in here and the man working had to touch my shoulder. There's always a line a day long to pay cash, unless you want to use self check out. Good luck getting anyone to help you. And why can't this location get peace Redd's? They get it at all the other Marc's in the region, but not here. Keith thinks Berea isn't good enough for peach Redd's? Oh, I'm sorry, did I forget to ask the sales associate if THEY could help ME bag my groceries??? In the checkout line (not the self serve) I watch them stand there as I bag my own. Like, who's getting paid??? Whenever the price in the system doesn't match the price of the display tag, they just remove the display tag. Now you don't know what it's supposed to be. DO BETTER, BRAD!

Saw the biggest, grossest roach roaming the aisles today (8/19/25). Literally had a cart full of groceries and just wanted to walk out because EW. Pointed it out to a nearby worker and asked “is that a big roach just crawling around?!”. He looked at it, said “ya”, shrugged, and went back to stocking items.

Kathy is so rude every time I am there. Like who decided to put her in Customer Service? She’s the queen of dirty looks. Even when she was training and she would stand there and give me dirty looks. She’s just nasty.

I love Marcs but they seriously have a cashier issue. They have two lines open, people lined up six deep and waiting. Then to look over and see three people standing behind customer service desk on their phones, giggling and talking is annoying.
The self checkout is a great tool , however you can you only have twenty items.
Something needs to change. People shouldn't have to wait fifteen minutes in line.

Gotta love arriving at a business 10 minutes after they open to them being closed. Then as I’m driving away because I don’t have time for this shit, five people are walking into the store? If you can’t open at 7 then change your opening time. I’m working 12 hour shifts 5pm to 5:30am. I waited an hour and a half already I can’t wait five more minutes. Such bullshit.

This is a very finely kept Marc's never seen a spot on the ground. It's organized in its own way finding is a little challenging to find certain products. The self checkouts barely work and miss-scan often. But you have to give it to them for being a Marc's that doesn't smell like vomit.
