My daughter was coming home, but had low pressure in a tire. These guys were open until 7, which was awesome. She got there around 6:30 and they fixed it and she was back on the road within 20 minutes.

Didn’t have an appointment so they got me in they said it would take a hour maybe hour and a half but I’m still waiting on my car 3 hours later for one tire…. And I got lucky they had my tire in stock because they don’t carry tires in stock.. one tire took all day .. service sucks and tire was overpriced but I had a flat so I had to get it there never getting anything done there again👎🏼

I cannot say enough good things about Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Berea! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that's becoming increasingly rare.
Abe, the store manager, sets the tone for the entire operation. His leadership is evident in how the whole team operates, with a clear commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and staff, creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
What really impressed me was the team's willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just want to get the job done; they wanted to get it done right. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions patiently, and make sure I understood exactly what work was being performed on my vehicle.

These guys are great. I thought I had a flat and brought my car to the shop and after checking the flat and doing inspections they simply did not charged me anything. This speaks lot about how genuine and fair these guys are. Amazing set of people and great service.

Made an appointment online. Apparently they are booking 3 days out. When I was told that after taking time out of my day to go there, I was told to look at the bay and see if they had time to "fit me in". After I was spoke to that way. I decided that I won't ever be going there again.
