I'll never step foot in the Berea, Ohio NAPA Auto Parts Store again. This is the third time and last. The employees are rude and during my most recent experience I had with the counter employee, he could not even sell me the correct brake light bulb. That's pretty sad. How ignorant can one be? No wonder I never see any customer cars in their parking lot.

Workers are very distant towards walk in customers. It's pretty obvious that the company relies and cares only mostly on commercial accounts and does not care about walk-in customers. They were not very helpful and tried to tell me that other auto parts stores and repair shops will charge for an abs scanner. When, in fact, other auto parts store does it for free. I just happen to drive by the place instead of going one more mile to go to O'Reilly. I will never spend my money on NAPA auto parts, Berea Ohio.

Drove from Avon Lake to pick up a starter. Needed a couple battery cables but the counter guy was too lazy to walk into the back and find them. If they were any less friendly, I would have walked out but I needed the starter. Won't be back.

One of the employee the younger a hole that don’t want serve his customer right. Don’t know how to test a horn. I bet Any 12 year old knows how. Smh. Napa got them self a lazy one abd careless one working in fronts st in Berea ohio.. I wonder if he know how to test a car battery or maybe install one. ATT NAPA get you a real employee.

Used to be a reasonable place for parts. Assistance is always available but the recent price gouging is unacceptable. Brakes pads went from $29 per set to $129 per set and time to go elsewhere . The folks do not care if they can get away with price gouging they will do it. Purchased equivalent pads from autozone for $22. We need a website to show the world the price gouging going on.

Walked in I was the only customer for miles around. I waited 6 minutes while most everyone was on the phone and then everyone disappeared and a lady helped me we weren’t sure of the bulbs for my vehicle so we asked another employee and I thought they were looking for the bulbs, but I stood there inside for 20 minutes as they continued to take calls. Then to say they don’t have it. I really don’t think they put any effort into looking for it. Isn’t the customer in the store first priority over phone calls?
