“I went in there 02/13/26 around 2 PM (I’d like to give that exact information just because I don’t recall the name of the gentleman that assisted me) I had never been to Sherwin-Williams before, and I was trying to get a color match for an item that I have been trying to match myself for days but I was getting nowhere. The color that they formulated for me is fantastic. It is spot on! I am so pleased and as someone that has never used Sherman William products before- the quality of the paint was unbelievable. “I just had to share the amazing service I received from Ray and Kevin at E&H Ace Hardware in Westlake, Ohio. These guys are absolute lifesavers!
I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
What really blew me away was how quickly they got the job done. I dropped off my mower in the morning, and by the end of the day, it was fixed and ready to go! Plus, they made sure to handle everything under my warranty, which saved me a ton of hassle.
