“I was reluctant to spend this much money on a bed. My husband had no reservations, and he was all in. We have had our bed now for 30 days. I purposely waited to write this to give it a “real review”. I’m wholeheartedly telling the truth when I say I haven’t slept this well in years. I literally can’t believe it. The pain points my husband and I had are no longer present. I don’t toss and turn anymore and am waking up with less than 8 hours of sleep feeling completely rested and not yawning in the morning. It’s really unbelievable. I have one regret, and it’s not buying one 10 years ago when my husband wanted to. This thing has changed our life. I really thought I’d find something I don’t love about the bed, that’s not the case. Oh yeah, and spend the extra money on their plllows. We’ve bought 20 different pillows over the years ranging from $25-$200. This pillow is the best yet.”

“I cannot recommend Sapphire Pear and Sean/Kaitlyn high enough!! I worked with Sean and Kaitlyn to set up an apartment I needed for work in the Cleveland area, where I'm staying part time. They were very attentive to the concept I was hoping to achieve and very efficient in selecting pieces to review along with providing the overall vision and aesthetic I was going for while also staying budget conscious. When it came time to deliver and set everything up, we got hit by the worst winter storm in a very long time.
A week before everything was supposed to be delivered and set up, a pipe broke in the apartment flooding the master bedroom, bathroom and part of the dining/living room and I was unable to get there to see how bad it was or to begin to clean things up. Sean and Kaitlyn immediately went over to the unit, moved the things that were in harms way, and took pictures to help me document the damage. Later that week, they went back to the apartment to ensure the clean up had taken place and to check my electronics (not what they ordered) to ensure everything was working properly. The following week, on move in day, another pipe burst at 4am flooding generally the same area but with even more water. They went over, worked with the maintenance crew to get the clean up started, and then worked around them all day to get the furniture moved in and get the apartment ready for me to begin living in it.
Sapphire Pear (and specifically Sean and Kaitlyn) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and fix the issues that had come up through no fault of their own. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a team that is so committed to ensuring their clients satisfaction that they're willing to fight through a flood and maintenance crews traipsing through the place while trying to move everything in and put everything away. Oh, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process!! They've earned my business (and appreciation) on anything else I need design/decorator services on, and I'm positive whoever uses them will receive the same level of care and professionalism.”

“After 24+ years with a Sleep Number mattress, it was time to look for something new. Because of our past experience, we decided to look for a new Sleep Number mattress with an adjustable frame and stopped at the Strongsville store. For the most part we worked with Kelli, and she was very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with! Scott took care of placing the order for us as Kelli was out and he was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a Sleep Number mattress and/or frame”

It was my first time but I read the reviews and it sounded like she was My best option. I was nervous because I needed it done right away for a wedding. It was a very hard material to work with but she measured it and she told me she was going to do her best and she told me that she would have it ready the next day. I was so surprised but then she texted me. I went to get it. I tried it on, it fit like a glove. I don't know how she was able to do this, and I was so happy. she will be my tailor for life.”
