Very excited to have found so many carpet options here - I will be able to finally finish our stairs with the help of Puchers. Merri was very welcoming, plus it was nice to work with someone who clearly knows what they are doing! Looking forward to placing an order.

We love Pucher's, who just now completed laying beautiful carpet into our home! Not only do we love their colors and designs, but the service provided by Lynn in sales and Tom and Dave who installed the carpet is off the charts! To quote the French, the two gentlemen are true "carpetiers" and masters of their craft. They are amazing! Thanks to Puchers and because of all of the stellar employees, our home is beautiful once again. Everyone was so polite, respectful and pleasant to interact with. Pucher's comes with our highest recommendations!

The people are nice and friendly. I bought flooring and the manufacturer wanted to raise the price after my order was sent. The owner of puchers fought to make sure I got the price that I was told it would be and they gave it to me.

Spent time last 2 days checking on replacement flooring for living area and indoor/outdoor carpet for Florida room. As usual provides lots of assistance and no pressure. Used Pucher's for carpet 3 times and new window treatments with no complaints or issues. Great local store.

I had my carpet installed today 5-11 and it is beautiful. Lisa in sales was very helpful and gave us great recommendations on Shaw carpet. The installers Tom and Dave were very professional and made sure the carpet was perfect before leaving. I have had Pucher’s install my utility and kitchen floors as well and both look great. I use Pucher’s because they stand behind their product.

Very rude people work here. Not sure if it’s because I wasn’t holding a fistful of cash or a credit card upon entering, but these women are not nice. The Westlake store was full of nice people. Not this one. We won’t be back. I’ll give my money to our local Sherwin Williams. I will drive twice as far to get Ben Moore paint instead of walking in your door. The woman working today “Julie” was rude and ended up hanging up the phone on my husband because he was telling her how unfriendly they are. I guess if that’s how you want your employees to treat customers, that’s your problem. But half of your stores are now closed. I would think you guys would want more business.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful during the design process. We have been slowly working through large project and have worked with a number of dealers to get the things done. The team at Pucher's is right at the top of my list of locations to visit when I'm stuck on design and choosing materials.

Do not recommend. Have been a loyal Customer , but am very disappointed in the lack of Customer Service I received on an issue I am having with my remote blind. I was informed I would be charged $95 to have someone look at the blind. This shows their lack of Customer Support. Tom the installed never responded to my calls or emails to schedule an appointment. MaryAnn never informed of this fee. I was informed when I called the store to ask why Tom was not responding to my calls.
