Had a great experience here. My rear suspension broke off when the weather was single digits outside and due to wear and tear. Tried to get an insurance claim but it was denied. Still stayed with the collision center since my car was already there and it was a big job. First time working with them. My rep Colton was great through the whole process. The original quote was very high due to all the work. After they got in and started working on it they were able to save a lot of the parts and it ended up being way less than the original quote. They also took care of another small issue the car had and they cleaned the inside and outside of it. Would definitely choose them again if another large issue comes up.

Guided me through the repair process. Receptionist gets credit too, because she was juggling clients and not one comment was made about 'taking a long time'. Will follow up after repair!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Google maps needs to update their image of the building tho, it’s a nice big building but google shows a small house.

Took my vehicle per my insurance to get a blown back window fix. The rep stated he would put it in the shop due to all the rain. Drove by a day later and my vehicle was still sitting out front in the pouring rain for 2 days. I will NEVER go back to this place. They truly do not care about your vehicle and they caused more damage than I already had.

Terrible place to take your Vehicle. They Damage mine,while doing body work. There Service Tech back my truck into a pole, damaging my bumper and body of my Truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Disappointed in the quality of service on our car. We had no other choice to come here as the at fault driver had Geico insurance.
1st visit: They repaired the initial damage but when we went to pick up the car, we noticed an 8 inch deep scratch in the exact spot they initially fixed. We had to wait a month to get the car back in to fix the mistake in order to receive a rental.
2nd visit: Went to pick up the car and guess what….the paint where the scratch was fixed was already blistering.
We gave up and just took the car home as they clearly have a quality check issue.
Although the customer service was good, I would not recommend this place as I am still needing my car repaired at after two visits.

Did a shotty job fixing my bumper. The side of the bumper where it meets the rest of the body were not snapped in properly and where the paint chipped on the metal body panels from the bumper being pushed into it were not fixed. I also picked my car up on a day when it snowed and they could of brought my car in and cleaned it off and let it warm up so I could inspect and see the repair but all they did was hand me a brush and told me to clean it myself. Plus the parking lot wasn’t really plowed either and I had to wade through calf high snow to get it cleaned. Wouldn’t bring anything here for repairs again

Serpentini Collision Center did a great job on my vehicle! I brought it in to have a lock replaced, after someone tried to break into it, and not only did they replace the lock, but I also got 2 brand new keyless remotes to go with it! I appreciated that soo much, cause my old one was completely shot, the buttons were gone, and I could only open it using the key. I also didn't expect them to wash the car and vacuum the inside, but they did! This place definitely went above and beyond expectations, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! 😀

I went here for a repair after slipping on black ice and busting my front bumper. The paint and repair they did was amazing. Even detailed the car. Now, I left a review prior to this about something I noticed after the repair and it turns out it wasn't related.
Always make sure to picture the whole car prior to dropping it off. It helps them if you have a bad memory at times. And helps you as well with some before/after pics. They seem like a good group.
