Free tablet is a scam. Thought the guy worked with was really cool at the time. Then I got some agreement to finance a tablet at $8/mo for 2 years. What a joke.

Horrible Experience. Very poor customer service from Caiden. Went in to get a new iphone 15 plus. I had requested to know the colors available before opening my new phone. Caiden claimed he did not hear me after he had opened the box to the iphone. (When I had asked about the colors, Caiden did reply to my question about it and had known I was looking for a certain color) I received a stocking fee on a phone with a color I did not want and Caiden was told before opening it that I did not want a black phone. He also tried adding an extra phone screen and box for the charger that both were not need nor did I request for these items. Will be go to other tmobile stores instead, won’t have to deal with such a rude employee

Cayden and Chris were SUPER helpful!!! I came in today with a few questions and they were able to get us 3 new phones and home internet!! Will for sure be coming to them with all our phone needs!!!

Tried to help but could not help with my particular problem. I made an account change but it didn't show up as changed when I got my monthly bill and had to make a call to get it changed myself.

Management & employees were all very helpful. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had going into a cellular service store! They answered all my questions confidently & helped me switch my plan! Can’t same the same about the AT&T store across the street unfortunately.
