“My son had his 2005 Toyota RAV serviced here. The end determination is that the vehicle was not worth fixing due to age and other issues. I had to drive in from Mid-Michigan to tow the vehicle home. I could not make the trip for a few days so they allowed me to park the vehicle on their lot. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle I was in the lot trying to figure my best course of action when their staff actually came outside and assisted me in moving the RAV (wasn’t running), loading the RAV on a trailer and getting me back on my way home. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help!

“well priced compared to other shops in the area besides the Walmart car center, but nobody should go there anyways.
my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

“Been coming to judge for about 15 years now wouldn't take my vehicle any other place. I've since moved up to Cleveland and I still bring all my vehicles down here to Brunswick, it's nice to know that I get quality work and honesty. I've never ever had them try to sell me something I didn't need unlike so many other places I've been. If you considering taking your car someplace to get it fixed and you've never been to Judd's I highly recommend them.”

“I was expecting to spend $500 for the part I needed replaced when I walked in, and they were honest with the other diagnostics on my car and pricing with fixing everything. Every concern I had was addressed and they fixed everything that would allow my vehicle to pass an echeck to renew my tags. All on New Year’s Eve, I ended up paying less than half what I expected. Would definitely recommend this shop.”

“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

He is not the one to try and sell you parts or work you don't need. He did work on our Honda Odyssey and not only was it turned around in a reasonable amount of time and did so without breaking our budget like a dealership would. I stand by Richard and his work and if you go to him I know you will too.”

“I have gotten two sets of tires & other servicing with Parma Tire over the last 5 years & I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The staff are friendly, genuine, helpful & truly want to do right by their customers. It shows in every interaction I have had with them. Their pricing is great, scheduling is simple. I don't have a single critique. If they offer the service you need, I would look nowhere else.
Edit: I had to edit this one. Today I dropped my car off to have a flat rear tire replaced. At payment, I was told they moved the new tire up front. My car is FWD & they wanted to make sure I had the best traction for winter. Best shop I've ever worked with. It's the little things.”
“I have had the hardest time trusting mechanics after having to overpay time and time again with most places not quoting over the phone. My car was in the worst possible condition and I had no way to get to or from work or make my daughter’s appointments and Kevin had me back on the road the next day. Kevin throughout the entire process genuinely cared more about helping me than getting business out of me, he even recommended that instead of trying to keep getting my car fixed that i try to save for a new one and he would help me find the perfect reliable vehicle on his own time. i always have the worst anxiety having to deal with a mechanic but i will never experience that again because i will never go anywhere else. Kevin pulled so many favors for me during all of this and i could not be more grateful.”

He is working with local partners to re-manufacture parts for the old PCM transmissions that have been discontinued. His knowledge of these transmissions and all things marine is impressive. Ben at Enhanced Transmissions drove my car so he could listen to and feel the transmission. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my transmission, and that the dealership was trying to get one over on me. Ben was very honest, and listened to all of my concerns.
