“We were on a little road trip when our tire blew. We made it off the highway and the first and closest thing we stumbled across related to cars was this place. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. They had no more deliveries for the day, so they sent one of their office staff to get the tires we needed. They got us together as quick as they possibly could. I mean the effort they put in for my family, I can't even put into words how blown away I am that they were so friendly and cared so much. Wish they were closer so could give them more of our business. You guys rock, and the bakery you referred us to was chefs kiss. Thanks so much! You actually get a million stars from me! ❤”

“The office staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Jay took it upon himself to look at and fix the suspension on my vehicle because it was not safe to drive. He's dedicated to helping me find and fix the current issues with the oil leak. He's comforting and kind and that makes a huge difference in other mechanics I've been to. He's my new mechanic and I recommend him to everyone.”

“I went to Harold’s Automotive on Monday with my engine light on and was pleased they were able to solve that problem for me. As they were doing an inspection on other things on my car that need attention; they found my right side worn out ball joint; and my back struts when figured the numbers and I said go ahead and do the work. My 1st time going to Harold’s automotive. I liked the service, professional & the communication skills with all who work there. Great place to get your car fixed.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They have helped me with two different vehicles, and I have been so impressed with every experience. As a woman and a widowed mom who has to handle these things on my own, it means so much to have a shop where I feel genuinely heard, respected, and taken care of. I have never once felt talked down to, pressured into unnecessary repairs, or taken advantage of. They take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that I can actually understand, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable with what needs to be done. I’ve always felt like they were looking out for me rather than just trying to make money off of me. They have also gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion, and their kindness and willingness to help have meant more than they probably realize. Everything has always been handled in a timely manner, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly kind and professional. I’m extremely thankful to have found a shop I can trust. Having that peace of mind when it comes to my vehicles is priceless. I will absolutely continue bringing my cars here for future service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring auto shop!”

“They have always been honest and fair. I appriciated the integrity they show. Have been doing my exhaust for years. Always quick and efficient. I took my car to them for a coolant issue. They looked at it and decided it was a bit more complicated a task not worth doing on a late model car. They did this service without charging. Very good customer service”

“I really like this place. They acted like I was a customer, they told me what was going on, they recommended some ideas, that doesn’t always happen. “Parma Transmission takes very good care of my vehicles. The guys are a shining example of what customer service should represent. I recently was concerned about my vehicles' transmission, and they quelled all my concerns about it, identifying the true issue with my vehicle. Parma Transmission rebuilt the vehicle's transmission almost a year ago, to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Peter and the guys for your transmission needs.”

“Richard is absolutely someone I would recommend to family, friends, and anyone reading this review. He is fair and honest in his assessment and diagnostic. He is not the one to try and sell you parts or work you don't need. He did work on our Honda Odyssey and not only was it turned around in a reasonable amount of time and did so without breaking our budget like a dealership would. I stand by Richard and his work and if you go to him I know you will too.”

Coming from someone who knows nothing about cars he really helped me understand the issues that were going on. This shop provides excellent customer service they keep you updated through the time they are working on your car! I didn’t feel like a pay check to this shop i felt like they really want to help me be safe on the road. Nick also applied my AAA discount to help me out with the payment which i really appreciated! Thank you Nick and thank you Transmission Engine Pros for your spectacular service!”

“Had a set of headers installed and tuned on my 01 Firebird and could not be more pleased with the work. Both Dale and James were incredibly helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire install process. The car made alot more power than I thought on the dyno! If your in need of any performance related tuning or build assistance, the gentlemen at Big 3 should be your first consideration.”

“Took my vehicle here after I was told by a Dealership that my car needed a new transmission and the dealer quoted me a very high price. Ben at Enhanced Transmissions drove my car so he could listen to and feel the transmission. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my transmission, and that the dealership was trying to get one over on me. Ben was very honest, and listened to all of my concerns. I will absolutely bring my car back here if I ever need any transmission work done. I respect how he didn't try to sell me a transmission knowing that I was already told I needed a new one. Thank you!”

“This is the first time I've used Christian Brothers Automotive. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work, the time it took to be completed and the price. They beat everyone's price by 300 bucks. I had to leave my truck there to have the work done and they gave me a ride to work AND then delivered my truck to me at WORK!!! Everyone was welcoming, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to everyone.”
