This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!

I love this post office!! Josh, Crystal and Moses are the very best! I usually am there a few times a week for work and they are polite, professional and just Good people!

No way to mail anything of a decent size from outside the building and.... No front lobby in off hours?? I'm old and for the life of me, I've never heard of such a thing. Do you have to give the folks of this city keys so they can get their po box mail?! This is absolutely worthless.

I was in there this afternoon about 1:00 to get a money order. I've never gotten one before and asked the woman behind the counter if she could show me how to fill it out. This was a large amount of money and I didn't want to make a mistake. I had recently had a stroke and have difficulty writing neatly. So when she began filling it out for me I was so grateful! She stopped before filling in each line and then showed me what she wrote. Never once did she say anything about my disability. She is an asset to this community and we are all the better for having her here.

The only Post Office in Berea is way off the beaten path. You have to go down one way street and then they don't even have a 24 hour door to mail large envelopes. Or the machine where you can weigh and pay for it and mail it like every other Post Office.I've ever been to in the county and this is one of the safest areas. So what a waste of time and what a weird location?. Time to modernize.

Love our mail person Dori! She is always friendly and delivers ALL of our mail . We can always tell when it is her day off because the mail is either late, nothing delivered , or someone elses mail in our box which happens occasionally . The post office people are friendly and very helpful too. I have used the post office since 1951 when we moved here.

Had to make a return on a purchase and I totally forgot I needed to properly wrap it up. I just went there with the box. The sweet lady at the front desk was quite helpful with sealing my box for me and it only took less than 5mins to process my package.

Worst mail carrier ever... paranoid and hostile... it thought because I was standing in the lobby of my apartment complex that I was rushing him when reality I had called the police to check on a dog that had been yelping in our building for a few hours... he was so paranoid that he called the police the manager was even worse I called there and he lied and said my apartment building sent him a video tape of me harassing his mailman when all was said and done that never happened the manager lied and Ishowed the police my call history and they watched videoI wasn't even down there worried about my mail I was waiting for Animal Protective to come and check on a poor dog... sad a mailman goes around making false police reports cuz he's paranoid...the policeman it was a misunderstanding not to me as he was screaming in my face threatening me...just wonder what was making him so paranoid he would lash out at a stranger
