Western Window offers a rare service that will reproduce a window or screen and other, no longer available, items for older homes. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to figure things out. My home is 118 years old. Although the storm windows were added later, I couldn't find a replacement screen. Bingo. Western Window had the solution. Driving more than 40 miles was worth it. It is a family owned business with a customer service attitude unmatched by many. If you need a window or window accessory you can't find, give them a call.

Had three storm doors installed May 2022 on older home. Customer friendly business thanks to Bill E. Sure, we had to wait awhile. Be patient. This service is high in value! Art is a one man crew with impeccable craftsmanship. We're so appreciative of the results.

I had them come to my house in June. I have called numerous times. I cannot get anyone to give me a quote. When the estimator came out, he even took part of my window with him. Insane that I keep calling and now they actually keep paging the manager and they won't pick up.

Poor communication. I requested an estimate for repairs and sent over a detailed list with photos as requested by the office rep. Followed up a three times by phone and email and never heard back to get a schedule. Disappointed with overall customer service. Would not recommend.

Great experience! I was given several options and they fully supported my choice in taking the cheaper option to fix something and not replace it. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Overall a very positive experience! I recommend them!

WWS installed a storm window. There was a problem with the order but WWS handled the problem perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and how they resolved the issue.
