Their tire shop in Steubenville, Ohio is in my opinion a better establishment and the staff are more helpful and seem to care more than the one in Burgolz, Ohio

Avoid this tire shop at all costs if you have nice rims. Completely distroyed my $275 rims and tryed to blame it on me hitting a curb. The guys working there don't know what there doing. Completely unprofessional laughing at me the whole time I'm trying to show them the damages. I'll remove my review if the owner makes it right. Still waiting on a callback..

Whoever the lady that is here Today definitely dose not give I time to think what u wanna do over the phone definitely rude an rushes you definitely didn’t hang up on u lost service as to I don’t have the best service where we live n maybe you should hire some more workers and what do other businesses review have to do with u absolutely nothing so thanks :) n yea I have a right to be upset about the zoo when I travel over 2 hrs to get there n pay almost $200 bucks n didn’t get to see a lot of stuff anything else u wanna know just ask since u seem to care about other businesses other than your OWN !!!!!!! O and I forgot to say u saying do u wanna call me back once u figure it out is being polite definitely kinda seems to me like u didn’t really care being polite should have been you may call me back once I get it figured out what they wanna do
