“I am completely satisfied with the service department at Spitzer. Keenya Hogan, my service advisor, has been extremely understanding and knowledgeable. I email her and she promptly calls me to schedule a service visit for my 2024 Trax. I had an issue with the daytime running lights flashing while driving down the road, as well as my air conditioner stopping after longer periods of driving. It took about a month to get a sensor to fix the lights. We were hoping that sensor would miraculously fix the air also, it did not. I took the car back in and was given a rental so the air conditioning issue could be looked at further. After driving, testing modules and blower motor circuits, the issue was discovered. Too much refrigerant was put in at the factory causing the evaporator to ice up and this restricted the air flow. Very happy to have the car in working order!”

“I love automobiles….but I DREAD the purchase process at the dealership. It’s almost always is a 2-4 hour negotiation….time that you’re never going to get back. But that didn’t happen at Salem CDJR. My salesman, Sheldon Marzano, was outstanding! Once we reached an agreement on the price, the ball was rolling. I was in and out of the dealership and driving off in my car, in around 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at Salem CDJR, were awesome. “We were traveling to Virginia from Defiance, Ohio and stopped to eat and get gas at a Sheetz gas station. We drove a couple miles and our 2010 Honda engine started misfiring. Pulled into a corner gas station to ask for help and they pointed across the street to Clark’s Garage. Talk about “perfect timing.” A quick diagnostic showed spark plug problems. John and his assistant were very professional. In less than two hours all six plugs and coils were changed and we were on our way. Clark’s Garage is an A+ and a five star rating!”
