I got Female Doberman 8 week old puppy from Jim in December 2020. I did a lot of research and even found other previous buyers on Facebook because I had read a bad review on Jim. I am so happy with our puppy. She is very healthy and has not health issues. Jim was very accommodating and met me half way to purchase the dog from Ohio to DC. I plan on getting a male puppy soon and I will buy again from Jim. I attached photos 8weeks to 8 months.

I have known Jim for years now. And he has helped me with different dogs over the years. Most recently a young American bulldog that I rescued. Who was a complete sweetheart but had dog agression issues with strange dogs ( once accilmated he got along fine with my other 3 at home.) I had tried everything I had been taught with no success. I can only assume his issues came from poor previous training, or more likely lack of training at all and no socializing as a young pup. But because of my past positive experiences with Jim and his amazing ability to work with not only the family pet, but more importantly the problem dog like Jasper. I knew if anyone could help my "Jasper", it was Jim! I also knew that if this problem couldn't be fixed, I might not have any alternative but to put Jasper down, but I was hopeful and confident in Jim's ability. And my hopes for "Jasper" was to take him hiking and traveling with me in my RV. I wanted to give him all those opportunities and a full life? I met with Jim and some clients of his, when were kind enough to come and help train Jasper. I'm Pleased to say, that after only 1 1/2 hrs Jasper is a different dog, and I believe with the knowledge Jim shared with me and the training he gave Jasper. We can move forward as a team and I can give Jasper the full life he deserves! There are not enough words to express my thanks to you Jim, for helping me save my Jasper! You are the Best!

I have bought 2 dobermans now off of Jim, and he also trained them. Would not deal with anyone else. Very knowledgeable and has a great bloodline going with his dogs. Great temperament, and healthy. These dogs are just like my kids, I have 2 grandkids and they are great with them also. I have learned so much about taking care of them from Jim. I also had them keep my dogs for me also. 100% satisfied.

In September of 2019 , I purchased the last female pup of a Doberman litter from Jim Evans. She was the love of my life. When I brought her home I noticed she was drinking a lot of water and frequent urination. Being that she was a puppy I thought it was normal. This continued every day and I just felt something wasn’t quite right. I brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with UTI. After 10 days of antibiotics she seemed to be better. Within several weeks the symptoms returned and the UTI was back after a cysto urine sample was sent for culture. Tried a different antibiotic worked for a week and symptoms returned and confirmed a UTI. We obtained bloodwork and confirmed she was in renal failure. I was devastated. We could not clear the infection because it was secondary to kidney disease. She was born with renal dysplasia which is a hereditary disease in which the kidneys did not develop appropriately. Life expectancy is 1 to 2 years. She deteriorated rapidly and stopped eating and had to be euthanized. I have never felt such pain she was the love of my life. He was contacted and was not empathic and would not refund or replace my precious girl. This is my experience with Evans Kennels.

I am totally amazed! After 1st class and 1 day of practice on my own, my little monster is a totally different dog and I still have 5 more classes!! Jim is THE BEST!!! Thank you

We have a pup from current litter and he is a great doberman. awesome temperament, highly intelligent, and confident. Jim spends a lot of time, attention, and love to his puppies. I spent time with the litter before taking Wyatt and all the puppies were great, highly recommend him and was referred to him a previous person who got a pup from another litter that talked very highly of Jim and their pup. I'm very pleased we went to Evan's Kennel for our puppy

My husband and I recently got our Titan from Evan's Kennel. We highly recommend! This new litter from Taven he'll be 8 weeks old on Wednesday... very intelligent and disposition is amazing. Loves my grandkids and comes when I call him. Starting bell training for potty and is already ringing it! Highly recommend these pups. Loyalty at it's best! Thank you Jim!

Jim Evans did the training for my dog back in 2011 and I have been going back to him for boarding ever since. He takes exceptional care of his boarders, always making their time with him fun! Highly recommend Jim for training and boarding!
