You guys chose to work later than you needed to so that you could make sure that we drove home in it that night even though you did not need to. It was much appreciated. “Andy was very helpful and very respectable. He always kept in touch with me about other issues that came up with my car while he had it at the shop. Made sure they were allowed to move forward with anything extra by asking me via text before starting any extra work that needed done. The technicians were quick with getting my car done so I was able to pick it up during my lunch break and not have to lose out on any hours at work as well as providing a rental car while they kept mine overnight. The rental car was a great addition and super helpful. Andy's customer service and the speed of the technicians to get my car done is the sole reason why I will be a returning customer!”

“Okay, This one you may not believe. While returning from delivering furniture to Amherst, Ohio, our delivery truck literally turned off while at speed and under power. We coasted into the parking lot of TNT automotive. Tom immediately came out, diagnosed our problem which turned out to be a faulty fuel gauge resulting in an empty fuel tank. He loaned me his pickup truck to get 5 gallons of gas, and we were back on the road. All with the most pleasant attitude. If we were closer, he would have all of our commercial and personal business... His acts of kindness cannot go un noticed..”

“We are from Minnesota and were heading East on vacation when we had engine trouble. Don Tester Ford got our vehicle in almost immediately and diagnosed the problem. They needed to order parts but had our car engine repaired within 36 hours. In the meantime, they have an Enterprise car rental on site so we were able to rent a car to continue our vacation. We then picked up our own car on our way home. The service was great and done at a reasonable price and every one of their workers was helpful and understanding. They saved our vacation from disaster!”

“Our pick up truck broke down labor day weekend. We were 2 hrs from home. Had it towed to the shop on Tuesday. Brian, the owner called us with the details of what went wrong and what he was going to repair and gave us an estimate. It only took 2 days to repair and he explained again the repairs he made. His price was fair and they were very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them!”
