“This was my first MAJOR purchase. Lisa went above & beyond to get me approved for a vehicle. The process was quick, very informative, & I didn’t feel like I was having to sell my soul to get approved. She explained everything to me and answered questions when I asked & was very open about costs. Ali, was beyond great. Took extra time to show me every important feature in my car. I’m so happy with my experience & my purchase. THANK YOU FIRELANDS CHEVY!!”

“about 6 months ago I took my 2005 in to have everything checked out and anything that needed to be fixed to be fixed if it was worth it they went through my vibe listed what was going on what needed to be fixed what would be needing fixed probably sometime in the future they did not charge me an arm and a leg they were polite very very nice I was happy with the bill and then today on a Friday my car started making some noise I figured that it was just something loose but I wanted to be sure because I had a 2-hour trip to make with it on Sunday and I know they are closed on Saturday I gave them a call they said bring it on in I was there 5 minutes it was a couple loose bolts hey did not charge me anything any other place if I could have gotten in I'm sure would have charged me something for their time and trouble it is nice to finally find a good mechanic in this area that I can trust I do not know a lot about vehicles so I need a trustworthy business I would definitely recommend them”

“We took an older gmc acadia there, had it towed there. Had not run for 3 to 4 years. Replaced battery and put new tires on it, got it running. Andy was very helpful, gave us estimates for other repairs it needs to get it running well. Gonna get my dodge ram worked on sometime soon there too, needs brakes. I would recommend Jake's for anything you need done”

“This is the best mechanic I’ve worked with in years! Our family van erupted with oil on NYE morning. I was able to tow it to them. They were honest about their timeline and said if they could get to it earlier they would try. By 4:30pm the SAME DAY they called and said the work was complete! I couldn’t believe it. They didn’t overcharge, were so fast, and incredibly friendly. Norton’s is the best!”

“The heater on my 2019 Fusion started to fail so I was referred to Maple City Automotive, they worked me in and had my heater parts replaced and I was out in a little over an hour. Fast, friendly and professional.”

“Daniel and his team did an extraordinary job on my Horse trailer upgrades and spring tune-up/checkup. He went well above and beyond to offer great suggestions, locate all of the part replacements, and even devised a stallion gate in my budget along with doing even more upgrades than they charged me for (such as mounting my fire extinguisher and rewiring the battery to actively charge instead of merely having a closed power circuit). I would never go anywhere else for auto repair or horse trailer needs or maintenance. They’re the best!”

“My battery died on vacation in Huron. Had it jumped and went to Autozone where they tested it 3 times and said it was 100% and “ I must have left a light on”. That evening my husband took it to the golf course and it was completely dead. We couldn’t charge it, so we left it. Called around in the morning and no one could get me in to fix it, except Joe. He went to the golf course on the other side of town, took it to his shop and checked it. It was indeed the battery. He fixed that, checked the alternator, tires and spare. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you, again, Joe!!”

“This shop was fantastic! I had car trouble while on the toll road. Pulled into the shop with an idea of what was wrong. They confirmed my suspicions, explained exactly what the problem was, and promptly fixed it for a very fair price. (They had me over a barrel, and could have charged pretty much whatever they wanted.) I seriously thought about having some improptu maintenance work done, just so I could do more business with them. Plus? Coolest waiting room EVER!”

“Had a screw in my tire. Rob said he couldn't fit me in right away which wasn't an issue. They got my tire patched incredibly quickly and at a super reasonable price. Plus they're a good bunch to talk to. If you are sick of dealing with dealerships, overpaying and want to support someone local. This is the place for you.”

He found that both our front tires were loose, likely from the work we had done the day before at another location. He fixed them right away and we were able to safely continue our trip. “Great body shop that does outstanding work. This was my 1st time ever having to file a claim with insurance (a deer hit my car). After the initial call and estimate, everything was handled between body shop manager and state farm. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up. Car was washed and clean upon pick up and looked fantastic. I highly recommend Don Tester Ford!!”

“Outstanding service and stands behind their products. I recently had an issue with a item I had purchased from them probably 2yrs ago (and also no longer appears on their website) and reached out to them in hopes that I might simply be able to purchase a replacement as well as a spare. After asking how it failed they immediately offered to warranty it and send me replacement despite me telling them I was more than willing to pay for it, or at least cover shipping😲”

“Traveling from out of Town had a squeaky noise occur. They identified the problem quickly and didn't try to sell us on any extra nonsense. Extremely polite, didn't charge us for simply attempting to identify the problem. Replaced break pads very fast only took 30 min, and even test drove it to ensure it was good. Very Good pricing. Definitely recommend, will be going there again on our next vacation. And they do accept tips.”
