“This shop was fantastic! I had car trouble while on the toll road. Pulled into the shop with an idea of what was wrong. They confirmed my suspicions, explained exactly what the problem was, and promptly fixed it for a very fair price. (They had me over a barrel, and could have charged pretty much whatever they wanted.) I seriously thought about having some improptu maintenance work done, just so I could do more business with them. Plus? Coolest waiting room EVER!”
“Okay, This one you may not believe. While returning from delivering furniture to Amherst, Ohio, our delivery truck literally turned off while at speed and under power. We coasted into the parking lot of TNT automotive. Tom immediately came out, diagnosed our problem which turned out to be a faulty fuel gauge resulting in an empty fuel tank. He loaned me his pickup truck to get 5 gallons of gas, and we were back on the road. All with the most pleasant attitude. If we were closer, he would have all of our commercial and personal business... His acts of kindness cannot go un noticed..”

“We are from Minnesota and were heading East on vacation when we had engine trouble. Don Tester Ford got our vehicle in almost immediately and diagnosed the problem. They needed to order parts but had our car engine repaired within 36 hours. In the meantime, they have an Enterprise car rental on site so we were able to rent a car to continue our vacation. We then picked up our own car on our way home. The service was great and done at a reasonable price and every one of their workers was helpful and understanding. They saved our vacation from disaster!”

“Great from sales and service after the sale. Routine maintenance and service dept. go above and beyind. Had body work after a large branch fell on the driver's side. They were awesome from body/parts to paint guys. Worked with insurance company to get everything arranged.
Enterprise rental car was available right there at Testers. Tester is an all-inclusive car dealership. I don't go anywhere else. See Sal in Sales and you'll never go anywhere else.”
