Thank you!I'm not one to post negative experiences, but I feel it's warranted as I have been treated horribly not once, but twice by the same teller. She must really hate her job to have such a bad attitude, and to treat customers so poorly. There were no other customers in the building, and I only asked that she count out my withdrawal. Never had this problem with any other teller.”
“My Bank card has been compromised a few times and Key Bank Vermilion does a great job with alerting me and getting my money back....They are as good as any bank I've used in the past. I travel and they are a national bank so there are Key Banks in most places.”
