We absolutely love the red poly table, chairs, and gliders that we purchased nine years ago. Several of our family members have purchased Berlin Gardens furniture sets after seeing and using ours! Recently one end of a trim piece on the table top popped out. Yesterday I called customer service. I was asked to send an email with a couple of photos. Yesterday afternoon I received an email response informing me they are shipping me a new 44x64 table top, covered under warranty. With this only exception, the furniture is in like-new condition.It’s a real pleasure doing business with a company who’s outstanding quality furniture is surpassed only by its own exemplary personnel and customer service!Thank you, Berlin Gardens!

My furniture was 10 plus years old. Had a few issues with it. Reached out to Berlin and to my surprise they honored the repairs quickly and timely. They even located the original order from my local store of purchase( no longer open). This ensured correct color and replacement.

Review for delivery guys. Nice people. They have 2 locations, both across each other. The one that 5029 parking from the right but it's enough space. The other one back up from the curb. Nice area to drive to called little Switzerland ??. Unfortunately no truck stops or rest areas nearby.

I’m writing my first ever Google review of a business, and not a good one, reluctantly, but I feel an obligation to warn prospective buyers of Berlin Outdoors, LLC’s outdoor poly furniture. Berlin claims their outdoor poly furniture is of such a quality that it won’t fade over time like other brands (the poly is colored all the way through, not just the surface). We purchased 5 outdoor poly Adirondack chairs from Berlin, in red, at a higher price point to avoid fading. After only 3 years, the red chairs turned pink. We approached our local retailer who contacted Berlin, the wholesaler. Berlin’s response was that their manufacturer, Tangent, is honoring some claims for fading, but our fading wasn’t bad enough. Berlin’s customer service manager, Johnny, encouraged us to come back in a few years to see if Tangent would honor the claim, at a later date, with more fading.The fading continued and we filed a second claim with Berlin 2 years later. Berlin denied our claim again, despite clear evidence of significant additional fading, saying their manufacturer, Tangent, is no longer paying Berlin for any claims. Berlin is now telling us that there was no warranty against fading. Berlin is only honoring its warranty on fading if it gets paid by its manufacturer for the product. We have contacted Berlin customer service and worked with Conrad and Johnny on multiple occasions. The best offer of compensation provided was “25% off” if we wanted to buy 5 new chairs. When we inquired as to 25% off what – retailer or wholesale cost – we were told they can’t disclose pricing and we’d have to go through the retailer we originally used. Ironically, they did make sure to tell us NOT to buy red again as the level of fading to pink within several years was acceptable to Berlin.Berlin had multiple easy options to satisfy a customer that was sold a defective product. For one example, Berlin could have easily offered to ship us directly 5 new chairs at a set reduced price (without disclosing their pricing- we’d have no clue if the pricing was wholesale or retail, etc.) Instead, Berlin blamed its manufacturer for no longer honoring fading claims and the customer for being “misinformed” of the warranty. If you choose to purchase the outdoor poly furniture from Berlin, be very careful unless you are okay with the fading as provided on the attached pictures.

Bought a bar, 5 bar saddle seats, rectangular table and 6 chairs. They were delivered today. Had to wait a couple of months but that was ok we had a pool installed. My wife and I are very happy with your products.

Shame on YOU Berlin Gardens!I've been purchasing your furniture through a dealer I have been working with for over 8 years for our resorts. They explained that they are no longer able to sell your products due to a couple of customer complaints and you decided to close their account. REALLY? During a pandemic, where companies are struggling as it is, this is your reaction?If this is the way you treat your dealers, then I can't image how you must treat your customers.This dealer talked me into buying your brand many years ago, and now Berlin Gardens has just talked me out of it.I will be donating all our current furniture for recycling and opting for another brand. There are too many other quality manufacturers out there that have not lost their moral compass.I will NEVER buy a Berlin Gardens product again and will make darn sure I let my friends and people in my industry know my stance and experience.I cannot tell you how upset this makes me. Shame on You!UPDATE: I do not need to speak with anyone, the damage has been done. I was told that there were some complaints and that they had been selling your furniture for over 12 years. They would not go into details. I also did some research and see that the owner of Berlin Gardens is a pastor? That is very disturbing.We use a catering service that was struggling keeping employees and other issues that were hurting their business. We pulled and trained our own staff to work with them hand in hand at our resort in order to help them fulfill their commitments. That is what a 'real' Christian company does.All I can say is that I have been using this dealer for many years and have nothing but excellent things to say about them. They went way beyond the call of duty promoting and selling your product. You lost a very valuable asset.

4 month delay on the furniture we ordered in March, and now I'm informed that the cushions we ordered won't be in till February. This is after we confirmed that the fabric was "in stock" before we even put in the order. They told my salesperson that they were literally being shipped out 2 weeks ago. So glad I'm paying for my furniture that I can't even use. Very disappointed.

By Far the best Poly Furniture on the market. My whole backyard oasis as this furniture. From Pool Chairs, to Deck Chairs, to table to Couches, dinner Tables, bar height tables, and fire pits. The price is worth it. Knowing the only thing that could go wrong with this furniture is I would want to add more. Love BERLIN GARDENS!!!
