Stayed a few nights in January for a quick getaway. Pet friendly rooms are available and very reasonably priced. The inn is located near many shops and several restaurants, some within walking distance depending on your mobility.
A lovely breakfast is available in a dining area with great views of the countryside. Ample parking and handicapped access. This was our first stay here, but won't be our last! Fantastic experience!!
Rooms: Pet friendly room had 2 queens with sink outside the bathroom-perfect so others can get ready if someone is showering. TV with plenty of cable channels and a small desk/chair. Arm chair in the corner. Rooms were very clean and pet room had additional cover to protect comforters which was appreciated. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nearby activities: There are many shops to visit in Berlin for Amish goods, but other areas, such as Walnut Creek, are nearby. Very centrally located to explore Amish country shops all throughout the area.
Walkability: Depending on how much you can move, there are stores throughout the main strip of Berlin. You may prefer to drive a few blocks and park for some, but parking is relatively easy to find.
Food and drinks: There are several restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Amish sit down and American fast food are available and a gas station is available right across the road with a Dairy Queen and Hint Bros pizza.

Beautiful and very clean inn, the staff was very friendly, coffee available 24 hrs, and a nice variety for the included breakfast. We will definitely be going back.
Nearby activities: So many places nearby to shop and eat, and so many things to see, the only downfall is that most places close at 5pm and nothing is open on Sunday due to being an Amish community.

A little late posting this review, but here it is. We have stayed in the Berlin/Millersburg area several times over the last couple of years but first time at this property. Located right in town, can walk to almost all places in town. Super view to north and east of hotel with rolling hills and farm fields. Park located adjacent to hotel. Restaurants, shops, and antiques located very close. Room was very clean, comfortable, and very quiet - didn't hear anyone even though a busy weekend. Staff friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. Plenty of parking and dog walking areas. If you want liquor, Millersburg has a store just a few miles away or bring with. Pretty much everything is closed on Sundays so plan accordingly. You are in the heart of Ohio's Amish/Mennonite country, so please be respectful and drive careful around the buggys. You will be refreshed after your visit.
Safety: My wife enjoyed walking around the town without me, I usually get a bit impatient going from shop to shop. Appears to be a very safe area, even for kids.

This was the perfect little place to get away with some girlfriends for weekend. Rooms were spotless! We were able to use the breakfast room to play games and hang out together- we had 7 people. Great time and lots of laughs!
Walkability: There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
