First INTERIOR ONLY detailing I've ever had done and probably the last. For $135, the door arm rests, and middle console weren't "cleaned" just a thick mess of Armor All. Front of the gear shift wasnt touched. Floors were suppose to be scrubbed but looked like a really good vacuum job. Beating the mats produced a plethora of dust. Seats weren't touched including vacuuming in the front seat bend. Bottom of back rest adjuster of seat wasn't cleaned All dirty surfaces including seats came clean with 409 and a cloth. I spent an hour finishing what I thought I paid for including wiping off dripping Armor All. FIY, that stuff isn't a wet-it and forget-it kind of product. Detailing is paying attention to detail. 2 stars for really missing the mark.

Someone named " Bryce " helped my husband and I when we stopped to look at a truck that John' s Auto was selling. Bryce was pleasant and helpful.

I recently went to John’s Auto Detailing in Berlin. My car hauls a ton a kids, a ton of dogs, furniture, a lawn mower, hay, and many other dirty things! Let’s face it, my car was disgusting! I called and got a prompt appointment, it took them a few hours and my car now looks like it rolled off the show room floor!! It looks fantastic. Dog hair, dirt, Cheerios, and grass clippings gone!! I highly recommend and will be going back.

I have used John's Auto Detailing in the past for window tinting and basic car wash and sweep with satisfaction. So when i had paint on my car and needed a full car detail i went to them. They completely removed the paint spray that got on my car and fully detailed it in and out. When I got my car back after completion it was better than showroom clean. Absolutely the nicest the car has ever looked (2019 RAV4). Great staff, very friendly, caring, and timely. I fully recommend John's Auto Detailing. Thank you for an awesome looking car.

I can't believe I have to give a star. I paid $9k for a vehicle they claimed had been inspected only to drive it home and see a puddle of fluids underneath it. $3k later I finally have a working vehicle.

John's is the ONLY place i will let detail my truck! I brought in my 2010 Chevy Silverado and this truck was dirty!! There were stains in my carpet, probably a dog or two's worth of fur and the dash was coated with grime! I did not recognize the old things when i got it back, they gave it a new breath at life.
