not one to normally post a review but these guys made the horrible situation just all that better me personally i like people who are gonna keep it a buck 50 and i don’t like the corporate tell you what you want to hear just for the sale walked in asked for an estimate they kept it as honest as can be and even better less than 20 mins later i’m already walking out the door with my estimate couldn’t be happier.

The whole crew at CAP went above and beyond from keeping me updated on my vehicle to going over the top on services performed. I will most definitely take any of my vehicles back there. The entire staff was very informative and professional. Thanks, guys!!

Great experience! They communicated throughout the process and made it easy for me. It was an insurance claim which can frequently be a headache but they took care of everything once I got the car there and submitted the claim. Results were better than expected. My 8 year old car looks new again.

I went in expecting to have a couple hundred dollar estimate to get my car fixed. The guy inspected my car and immediately went into the garage to grab a few supplies and buffed it right then and there. Took a matter of 5 minutes, if that! He refused payment for the minor job that it was. You can't find many places that would offer that. I couldn't recommend this place more to others! I wish they offered more than collision so I could give them all of my business! If you need body work done this is your place to go! Great people!!

Was recommended this place because they had great customer service, and they do! Shelby was so nice. Every step of the process felt so easy (I had an insurance claim). They basically dealt with the adjuster completely after my initial report, which saved me a lot of stress. They even give you updates about your vehicles status through text, which was also very helpful. Paint job was spot on, can’t even tell I had my bumper replaced. 10/10 recommend.

My friend (Betty Morgan)was extremely impressed the owner of the business as he actually told her the work she wanted done was not necessary! Never heard that before! Recommend this business highly and will be using for all her future work (and I will too)

My experience with CAP was very good from beginning to end. They worked directly with the insurance company to get them to approve the estimates for the repairs needed. They got all the damage estimates approved and did the work in a timely manner. They kept me informed as to the status of the progress. When I received my car back it was perfect. You couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. Looks good and runs good. Their customer service was exceptional. Very satisfied customer.

Such a fabulous job, the front end of my suv was really destroyed after hitting a deer, my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up and the way they detailed the inside of it was outstanding

I swear this place is my favorite auto place now!! The owner and Brittany and the rest of the entire staff that works there are very patient. After dealing with my insurance for a month in a half they were able to get my car in the shop (coming Monday 9/18/2023) and helped communicate with my insurance as well. After stressing over everything with insurance they really helped me out and calmed me down quite a bit. I HIGHLY recommend this place 110%! Brittany was also very nice and patient and listened to my mom rant about how she felt about my insurance and was there for me when I got upset about telling her about my car being stolen. Thank you CAP Collision Center for everything you do! You’re absolutely amazing! ❤️ I’ll post reviews on my car when it’s done in a couple weeks :)

Jerry Crawford and his family are great people and repairing automotive vehicles is his business I highly recommend cap collision as a place to properly have your vehicle repaired and is a local family owned company which we all should support.

Back in November we hit a deer and I had my insurance take the car here after reading all the reviews. Jerry is very nice and his staff is very helpful. It took some time to get my car back, however there was over $12,000 in damage so that is to be expected. I have taken the car back twice with issues with the paint and Jerry fixed it both times on the spot while I was there and each time it only took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great place and great people to work with.Services: Body & Trim

My truck was there 5 different times over paint that peeled 1week after it was painted that was supposed to have warranty they did not up hold .Jerry also said he would pay another bodyshop to fix his mistakes that was a lie also then the engine parts I was charged for by him wasn't even replaced so I was out $1500 more I was told to give them a copy of the receipt and they will reimburse me back never happend this place is a wack and pack bodyshop not to mention it cost me 250 dollars to have my interior cleaned from the buffing compound on the seats I have all emails and pictures to back up every thing plus some ,that I've said so shop around and make sure Jerry Crawford the owner puts it in writing if you do choose this awful bodyshop. I paid this place 11 thousand cash and cost me 5200dollars more to have another bodyshop to fix it correctly! This used to be 1 of the best shops around until Jerry Crawford took over what a joke !!!Services: Body & Trim
