You cannot withdraw any more than $500 cash from ATMs with a Chase bank card. But you can spend thousands of dollars online or in person with your card and they won't bat an eye. When I tried to call to have them lift the limit so I could pull the necessary cash I needed for a transaction, it was 15 minutes of telephone automated lines with no option to talk to a live person. I called the branch directly and they said they would connect me directly to customer service. Just connected me to the same automated line where it was another 15 minutes of clicking buttons and getting nowhere.

I came through the drive through and yes it took a minute but there were only 2 women and 5 inside customers and despite the overwhelming amount of people per 2 women the lady was kind could tell she was overwhelmed but regardless got my stuff right so super thankful for that

Don't waste your business here.Opened an business account on a Wednesday, went to go buy a truck on Saturday morning and was told I don't have an account. Wasted hrs on the phone and finally was told I needed to go to branch. Went to branch and was told they closed my account? No one can answer why they closed my account and refused to give my money back out of account! No I have to wait for a check to come in the mail.

They will never let my wife put money in my account at this branch since she isn't on it but I have people that I've done work for just walk into other branches around the country deposit cash and checks without issue what a joke if I didn't have to have a national bank for business I'd close this thingOur account at People's in Georgetown never has an issue I don't care who it is if someone walks in any bank and says they want to make a deposit to my account let them I don't give af

I have banked at this Chase branch for many years now. The tellers are always friendly and go above and beyond to help. I have used many different banks through the years and Chase has been the best overall!

Awful experience me and my husband got here and waited but a lady came in and yes me n my husband know how to wait in line which we did for 20 min and so we were up next and this lady walks in and the person we've been waiting for said you and your husband have to wait it should only be 20 to 25 min thanks.

Would not notarize my papers. My daughter banks her and I am from out of town but they refused to notarize my paper. Very poor service and rude people. My bank in Philadelphia treats you better.
