I had to track down my Optum RX medication package today. It had the correct address & zip code. Apparently it came to Beverly facility where it was suppose to be & then was sent to Lowell facility for no apparent reason. When I checked my tracking # to find out why my medication wasn't here yet, I saw it was sent to Lowell. I went to Beverly, the girl was very helpful & Lowell still had it. So I had to drive all the way to Lowell to get my package. That guy was very, very rude when I asked him what the hell happened? Unbelievable how horrible USPS is! If I wouldn't have checked, just in time, my medication would have been sent back to Optium.

Extremely rude staff and very poor service. They make it highly inconvenient to obtain a PO box, even though they don't deliver mail on my street. I do not recommend this post office.

They are very rude to their customers and their hours of operation are a joke. It would be nice if they were open till closing time but they lock up way before that. Wish the employees there were a nice as the ones at the Marietta post office.

I hate this place because they are incapable of doing their job. I've literally never hated anyone this much in my life. Would love to see USPS go out of business and these people lose their job.
