Kind of a weird urgent care. The staff was friendly enough and I was actually seen very quickly -- to their credit, it was by far the fastest urgent care experience I've ever had. I went in for cold symptoms I was having. The nurse didn't take my vitals or even my temperature which I thought was kind of weird, and instead of recording notes on a computer in the room, she wrote my personal information and symptoms on a notepad? The doctor came in just a couple minutes after that, he checked my lungs and that was it. Didn't check my ears or throat at all, we were completely wrapped up in under 5 minutes. Don't really recommend this place given I had to go to a different urgent care just a week later since the meds he gave me weren't working.

I have had to go to urgent care many times this year I randomly walked past this one and this is by far the best and most comfortable experience I have ever had . Down to calling Whitney and her being willing to be so helpful , there was no attitude because I seen my results before she did , she didn’t make me feel like a bother for calling about MY HEALTH ! And that is what we need more of ! This place rocks thanks so much

Excellent staff. Very hospitable and friendly. My concerns were addressed with compassion and speed. The x-ray technician was quick and thorough while getting my images. He made sure I was comfortable as possible. Highly recommend! Thank y'all🙂

This urgent care facility over on Baxley is insane. I went there to have my chest XRay done for the employment purpose. Wait time was not too bad. As soon as I walked in, my wife called me and I answered her call. I didn’t have any clue that I can’t answer phone calls in there. The X-ray tech ABBY chased me out the door in a meanest way ever she could have ever been , as if like I Was a criminal. She could’ve said in a nicer way that you can’t answer calls in here, please step out to the lobby and I will call you when you are done. She acted like X-ray was paid by her. I totally agree that I violated their policy but that’s not the way approaching me to send me out in the lobby. This is insane.

I went in for basic flu-like symptoms. They told me that they couldn't help me (which is a different story itself) and that they wouldn't bill my insurance and would refund my copay. They didn't bill my insurance, but I've yet to receive a refund for my copay. It's been about 3 weeks. I've talked to three people and most recently was sent to voicemail, which was never returned.

Quick appointment for a sports physical. Easy online appointment scheduling. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, but for $25 we were ok.

Do the most part the service wasn’t bad was just upset that after paying 135$. Because they don’t take all forms of insurance. That I had to leave with a piece of metal in my eye. Then the referral they gave me was trash. So I had left there metal in my eye trying to find an ophthalmologist surgeon barely able to see and in pain. The PA was just not about trying to hep me at all and even rolled her eyes at me. The other staff was pretty nice tho.

I scheduled an appointment for 6pm at 9am. I have a full detail of the problem. When we arrived the receptionist said let me check we may not be able to treat this. I said why didn’t someone review the appointment details and what is the point if no one is going to look at it. She said we were busy today. A few minutes later a male nurse comes out to the lobby and asks my husband to inspect the injury without gloves. He asks my husband to pull his pants down in the lobby. Then says we can treat you and recommended to go to the ER. I said to him why didn’t someone look at the reservation. My recommendations to people are to avoid this place and just go to the ER.

Not sure whom just answered the phone but she was very short and rude. The pharmacy has been trying to contact them to get a different prescription but have not been able to reach them. I called to ask her if she could prescribe us something that was covered by our insurance, after coming there last weekend and being prescribed something that was not covered. Her exact words were "I have 10 people waiting in the lobby, I'm not going to go through and look at what medication your insurance provides". Now don't get me wrong, I understand, busy days, people also need care whom are there, but there are better ways to handle people especially when in the health care industry...your job is to help people...not to be rude and dismissive. She could have simply said, "we're a little busy I have some people ahead of you so if you want to give a call back in xyz or even schedule an appointment to come in I can help you better". So yea...very disappointed and this private location needs some customer care workers whom can specifically deal with clients because obviously thise working there cannot.

Okay, so the only reason I am not giving 1 star is because my first visit here was much more helpful than the 2nd. I wanted to give 2 stars, but to be fair, if it weren't for the help I received in the first visit, I wouldn't have been able to self treat my issue from the second visit. However, my second visit was very upsetting, disappointing, and insulting. I just had my first baby about 5 months ago. About 2.5 months ago I went in because I had been having a reaction to breastfeeding. Turns out I had gotten mastitis. I was prescribed antibiotics, as well as an eczema ointment (I had broken out really bad all over my chest, and I do have a preexisting eczema condition.)About 1 month later, I went in again because I had developed hives. This was a reaction from the mastitis and postpartum breastfeeding issues. Instead of the doctor taking my postpartum into consideration, and listening to me when I told her I have not gone anywhere prior to the hives forming, she diagnosed me with SCABIES.I even informed her that my 4 month old was fine as well as my domestic partner, and that I didn't have the breakouts in the usual spots where scabies tend to start or form. I had the hives on my legs and arms and hands (from scratching ) and she looked at 1 spot on my hands and said it looks like the scabies pattern.I was very disappointed and offended. I am a stay at home mom, so I literally go no where. They didn't offer to do a skin graph check or anything before diagnosing me with scabies. I ended up having to treat the hives on my own using the eczema ointment I was given prior to, as well as some antibiotics I had at home.Needless to say, I was very upset, embarrassed, and offended by the quick and minimal effort diagnosis I was given. I feel like I was discriminated against, without my postpartum issues even being considered.
