The manager at Rhys location on August 8th 2025 is rude, confrontational, unfriendly, and in general is a poor leader and bad influence on her employees. The air conditioning was out entirely and the store had rented independent units to made do. I mentioned that leaving the non functioning central air was making things worse (I have a background in HVAC), and she looked at me with piercing eyes like she wanted to kill me. I couldn’t believe the rage I saw in her heart for something so minute. The lady then scolded an employee for answering a call who only did so because she was expecting and update on when her cousin was going to die that same day. What an awful person. If management reads this, please consider the influence this woman has on employee morale and imagine how awful an experience I had. Everyone else there, I’ve always had a good experience with. She a bad seed, poisoning the vibe of both patrons and workers.

I for the life of me cannot remember the lady's name who took care of me. Hair was cut and faded exactly how I described. Pleasant conversation and I was in and out quickly. I will definitely update this review once I know her name. That was she can receive the kudos she deserves.

I have not seen Gabby for over a year, yet when I went in last week she and I caught up like we just saw each other the week before! I really like the Bexley location. Always Fun. Personable. Professional.

I had always been one of those people who would always spend $25-$40 + tip for a hair cut and spa service at the salons in the Short North or Downtown but I had to move to another side of town and one day, in a hurry, I stopped in the Bexley location for a hair cut. It was the long time manager/supervisor at the Bexley location who cut my hair that day and she did such an amazing job that ended up being a better haircut for $17 than I was getting for 3 times that amount at my old salon. She's cut my hair for 5 years now. Sometimes when she isn't at work that day or it's super busy, I will have to use another stylist but I swear, every stylist there is super qualified, professional and beyond friendly.

They are always polite and give great service. And not a bad cut! My dad is always well cared for and they always help with eyebrow, mustache, and sideburn clean ups!
I appreciate that anyone can take care if him as they keep track of which blades they use each visit. Lord knows I can't keep his cut straight.

Love going to Great Clips Bexley location. I've never had a long wait and the online check-in is easy. Everyone is friendly and kind. Gabby is wonderful and she cuts my hair exactly the way I ask her to everytime!
