During my recent visit on Saturday, I arrived promptly for my 8:00 AM appointment. However, I experienced a slight delay as the business didn't open until 8:03 AM. Upon entering, I inquired about the estimated wait time for an oil change. The employee informed me that there were three cars ahead of mine and was unable to provide an estimated wait time due to having only one technician on duty.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a more accurate estimate of the wait time would have been appreciated, especially given that I had a scheduled appointment. Additionally, a brief apology for the delay would have demonstrated a greater focus on customer care.

Tire Choice did a fantastic job with my tire repair for a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C300. Dawson the manager was professional and helped get the diagnosis going quickly. He put my car in the bay right away and was very accommodating. I really felt like a valued customer in there. The labor was done by Tristan, he raised my vehicle onto the rack immediately and found a large nail in the rear tire that had been indicating a loss of air pressure repeatedly during my driving. A Mercedes-Benz tire isn't as simple to remove given the design, yet Tristan handled it well and came back with the good news that only a patch would be required. He did this in freezing temperatures and somehow kept a smile, their courtesy was truly unmatched. They completed the patch and put my tire back on again. I've been driving smooth ever since. For me, sometimes the smallest jobs done so well can make the largest impact. Tire Choice did that while going above and beyond, earning the highest marks for their service.

I found this location on Groupon, would not honor Groupon rate ... I was told 1 hour and the oil change was almost three hours (they had NO OIL, really?!?)

Tyler was awesome! He was working his tail off to change my oil during an understaffed time and had a great attitude. Will definitely come back to this location.

Walked in Monday morning Sept 30 young black man was at the desk. I explained my low tire light keeps on and my tires are not low. He said he was by himself and couldn't do anything. He logged in my information and set appointment for 8am Oct 1, the next day. I explained to him that I would have to wait I could not drop it off. He quoted me $95 for everything. When I arrived at 8am Tues Oct 1 white man with full heavy beard said all the computer said was 'drop off' and he wouldn't have a mechanic in until 10am. Visibly upset, I re-explained the problem and he said he could do that himself. He took my car into the garage came back and said $150. When I responded what I was told he said they are only allowed to give a minimum estimate. Click bait I said. Yes he replied. I agreed to the price and he began work. He came back with my hubcap in his hand he said it broke off in his hand. He took $50 off the price and put a spare I had on the tire. When he finished and I was paying I asked him if all my tires had good air in them. I knew that they were set at 38 the day before. He said he lowered all the tires to 36. So you let air out of all four of my tires I asked. Yes he said. Smh I paid $100 and left. An hour later another hub cap fell off. I will not be back to your store nor recommending it to others.

My sister went in to have a tire patched that is 5 years old. Standard is 10 years old is no longer repairable even if still in good condition. They refused to touch the tire. I wont fault the service rep for following company policy, however it is a scummy policy to cut the tire life in half. Seems like most shops in the area like costco follow this for some reason, most likely to sell tires. I know some shops will cut the years down to 7 or 8 for liability reasons, but cutting a good tires life in half is ridiculous.

Tyler and Chris were super helpful, very polite, and made my frustrating experience with a blown tire, so smooth and easy. Great customer service and very thorough. They wanted to make sure they had the specific tire i was looking for in hand before having me travel to them. I appreciate you.

Replaced tires on my daughter’s Jeep. I called several places and chose tire Choice based on how friendly and helpful the guys were. They had the tires in the next day and scheduled the installation around my schedule. They also checked the battery and all the fluids and looked for anything else that needed to be done while they had it on the rack. They didn’t find anything else but my daughter knows to go to Tire Choice if she needs anything done while she is in Columbus for school. Great guys with great service.
