Immediately someone walked up to help me, they knew exactly where to guide me. I dont remember the associates name but the male presenting person was funny and knowledgeable. They asked for updates on my new ducklings on my way out, and that extra mile was appreciated.

I brought my older dog in for a bath. It was perfect to bathe him and dry him before leaving. The water pressure was great as well as all the needed supplies. All I had to do was wash him and they cleaned up after us. So much better than bathing him at home.
