“I love having my pets prescriptions filled here. The staff are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with their attention to detail! When my pet's medication changed from 1.3 mm to .5 mm per dose, the pharmacist made sure to inform me and not just expect me to notice on the package. With a small animal, this could be the difference between life and death! I am so appreciative of all of the staff and how amazing they perform their jobs!”

“If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.”

“I enjoy this neighborhood pharmacy. My elderly aunt gets her meds there. They are always quick and courteous and they call if your meds aren't available and when they are ready. It's nice to have a smaller pharmacy to go where you get more personal care, unlike big chain pharmacies.”
“This friendly pharmacy reminds me of old neighborhood pharmacies with its large section of toys and games, greeting cards, and a little bit of everything else. No soda fountain, and also no long aisles of junk food and sugary drinks. It does have a good, though limited, selection of beauty products and personal care items. But, of course, it's a pharmacy, and the staff is very efficient and helpful. One thing it has that most of the chain pharmacies lack is a large section of home medical equipment and joint and muscle supports. Unless you are really fond of large monopolies like CVS and Walgreens, I hope you will support independent pharmacies like this one. Tremont Pharmacy is worth a bit of travel to patronize.”
“I love this place, but the produce department always has SO MUCH MOLDY FRUIT. I put SOME of the boxes i found filled with mold on top of the counter to show! Still love the rest of the store, oh but if you want catering-good luck, they aren't organized, helpful, or knowledgeable in any way, they didn't have any serving spoons, forks, clips, pie cutter, no bags to put anything in, so they put my order in dirty smashed cardboard boxes, they were dragging their feet literally so slow. He also couldn't find the thing to scan for my order for about 17 minutes. Maybe cater somewhere else! But if you're looking for regular groceries and products go here it's great for that! Lol”
“They do a good job here keeping the produce fresh AND they have a world class (hyperbole alert;) bakery tucked in the back right of the store. It’s worth the trip just to peruse the wide variety of baked goods made in store. Often so fresh that there is condensation in the plastic bag that they just put the freshly baked bead in:)”
“Best Health Care Provider in the Columbus OH area in my opinion. They have saved my life from a potential opiate addiction.. Thankfully, after 5 years of extreme feelings of addiction, Equitas was able to ween me off the opiate's completely, without withdrawals and no other drugs, such as Suboxone.. I am, almost 100 % thanks to the staff at Equitas.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The only thing NOT GREAT about this pharmacy is the location - it's not near my house! I found it when scheduling my 2nd booster shot. I wasn't able to do so at CVS or Giant Eagle - places I normally go. So I went through either the CDC of Board of Health. They placed me at this location. It's about 20 minutes away from home - not at all convenient. But to only go here once - it was fine. I followed the directions Google Map gave me and found it easy enough. It's in an office complex off Karl Rd. I parked right out front and walked in the door. The counter is literally right inside. And I was VERY surprised - it literally is a pharmacy and nothing more. Like a CVS minus the entire area where you shop for non-RX stuff. Now granted, there is a small area with shelves and a few items. I didn't take the time to see what was for sale. I had to fill out paperwork (the only downside of the experience) since I'd never been there before. I needed drivers license and insurance card, too. The papers only took a few minutes and then I was told to sit and wait. And I did - but only a few minutes until a pharmacist called my name. Actually, it was a pharmcy intern. Getting ready to graduate in May. She was a lovely girl in an OSU lab coat and I asked her about her schooling. She quickly prepped as I took my jacket off. Before I knew it, the shot was done. No better or worse than any other shot I've received in the arm in the last 50+ years. My COVID shot card was updated and handed back to me. I was back in my car driving home before I knew it! As I said up front - if only they were closer to home . . . I'd gladly go here again.”
“David, was amazing! From the communication to the free at home delivery, which was completely un-needed, as I can basically see the pharmacy from my apartment haha. Never had an easier expierence getting my meds, as well as how affordable I got them! So glad I made the switch from Kroger. Will recommend to anyone I know in need of pharmacy cost reduction! 10/10”

“I’ve never been to a pharmacy and greeted by the pharmacist. When I had meds that were not in stock, he went above and beyond to make sure they got them in stock. The pharmacist assistants, are equally helpful. They are willing to deliver meds within reason to ensure everyone has a fair chance to get their medications. The staff here is phenomenal. They care for their clients/patients and will fight for you and with you to get what you need. I have never had a bad experience here. I had a situation happen and I started getting frustrated. They were very patient with me and although the situation was my fault, he was just grateful that I had my medication and was okay. Never did the staff get upset, angry or frustrated with me. I swear I have never felt like I mattered to a pharmacist, but I feel like family here. Thanks for being amazing and charismatic. I’m grateful I found this place. ⭐️5 GOLDEN STARS ⭐️”

I was told they have to package their way.
In concerns of food packaged in plastic while Hot, being served per chicken, it shouldn't matter that customers bring their own glass container that can be sealed, in concerns of health issues of hot food served in plastic while hot to protect our health.
This Sign hasn't been replaced for month(s), as of 11-7-24. I noticed another sign hasn't been replaced for our safety, for our children.
This location had the most outdated hand blower in the men's restroom, all it does is blow out air wasting electricity.
They should update with an Accelerator like Speedways or Dyson.”

“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for close to 10 years and I’ve yet to have a truly bad experience. The pharmacist and techs are willing to work with doctors and insurance to get my prescriptions sorted out which is a huge plus for me.”

“One bad apple Just spoil a bunch, but I'm not going to let that spoil this review I shop here because it has fresh produce and the stuff I need unlike the Kroger down the street I came here tonight after I've been at the hospital all day with my husband that's been in ICU for a week now My spirits have been very down and I got tired of eating out food so I came in to get a couple groceries and I want to the deli department and first I went to the prepackaged deli but they didn't have mesquite turkey so I heard somebody in the back so I asked one of the other girls that was stalking the bread if they were open she went back there to check for me and then another girl proceeded and asked me what did I need and so she sent somebody to be out to help me The older lady that came out to help me apparently was upset that she had to come out cuz I didn't say nothing I just asked her can I get my turkey and I wanted thin slice in a fourth of a pound after she asked me that I need anything else and I said no ma'am she perceives to say who waits to come at the end of the day when we're closing as she shakes her head and rolls her eyes at me and I said I'm sorry I've been at the hospital all day and she shakes her head I don't want to hear it I don't want to hear it and I said you could have told me no you didn't have to get the lunch meat and she says I couldn't tell you no cuz they would have fired me I said you could have told me no coming out like that then I said my husband's been in ICU on a ventilator but then she going to say oh I'm sorry about your husband I said thanks and walked away as I grab my turkey I went upstairs to get my wine and as I'm thinking about it I just got more upset because I'm wondering would she had said that to someone who was of a different race than her so I went back downstairs and got me some bread and I asked one unemployees Is it okay to grab this bread I don't want nobody to get upset with me like the lady in the deli just fussed me out and the coworker said I apologize as I went to check out Ariana came in approached me and asked me would I like to write a statement of what happened and do I feel safe doing so and she actually listened to me vent and I start crying in the store and I felt more embarrassed about crying after I was just talk to like that but she made me feel safe and she listened to me and she also sent her manager told her to give me a discount which I thought was nice and I didn't want that lady to get fired that works in a deli Diane but she needs to take a customer service class and know who to talk to and who not to talk to she don't know who I was I could have been someone from corporate or or just like I was a customer that I had already a shitty day and she could have made a better experience that could have brightened somebody's day instead she made it worse and have me crying in Giant eagle store.Ariana H help save that experience and having a well stock store that's what the 4 stars are for UPDATE the store manager called me offered an apology and a bouquet of flowers $20 gift card Thank you Dan this should be a learning experience for Diane as old as she was thought she would have known”
