Nice autumn views right after the Homestead event! Nice self guided tour on the old homestead community. A nice break from a drive. Close to WV border. Feeds onto Gallipolis

Google Maps says is temporarily closed. I sent them a message via Messenger since they are on Facebook asking if open. Five days have gone by and no reply. It doesn't say anything on their web site about being closed.

This place has been closed for 2 years, yet their web site says it is open. View the nice photos from another review and save you gas.

The museum closed during COVID and hasn’t reopened. So it’s basically a DIY walk around the farm. Good they have the informational signs. We stopped to see the farm and (now defunct) museum. Only got a coffee to go at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

The Bob Evans Restaurant and Museum is a great place to get a fairly quick bite and learning a little history as well. Located right off Hwy 35 about 1 1/2 miles off the highway near Rio Grande, Ohio. Breakfast all day. Sausage and Bacon was exceptional. The Turkey Dinner provide a Thanksgiving vibe with dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Staff was polite and attentive. Expect to spend 45 minutes or so for meal. Walking around outdoor exhibits can be done at your leisure.

they have a lot of young girls on the restaurant floor willing to work and help the customer but they lack intelligence and needs, and the social interaction is zero or less. They mean well, but one should have a nice personality and interaction skills to take orders and to be efficient without constantly bothering the customers at their table to see if they need anything every five minutes or less. Shape up Bob Evans, these young people need face to face interaction skill teaching.

Horrible experience. No silverware, waitress said only plastic fork & knife which we got a good 8 min after our food. Out of orange juice. No manager to talk too. Our meals for the two of us we were served after a party of 12 came in after we placed our order and they got their meals first. I have tried to call corporate, left messages, no response. Since January 16th, 2023. Today is Feb 3rd. Very disappointed.

Went to the Bob Evan's Farm Festival and went to Bob Evans for lunch. Needless to say it was a madhouse with a 45 minute wait.Once seated the waitress was very friendly, we ordered the Pot Roast Double Cheese sandwhich with FF and Mac and cheese. The food came out hot and was very delicious. Would definitely recommend this sandwhich. It was my first visit to the farm Festival and I really enjoyed the experience.

I spent several hours walking around the farm. There was no special events going on so I had the place to myself. I didn't get to the areas but many of them. Fun place to visit and restaurant was very good and while rather busy was very quick service.

What a fun experience at the flag ship location. We are little nostalgic for this chain as native Ohioans and saw this stop while traveling. It was worth the visit. A few of the Museum areas where closed due to Covid but was still cool to be at the family homestead.

We were traveling through to Virginia and discovered this fun little gem..we sure wished we had time to tour the property but lunch was all we had time for lunch. Our meals came fast and were good. My husband enjoyed a big bowl of cheesy potato soup and I ordered the small plate of roasted turkey and dressing. Both were a lot of food. I can't imagine what a full order would have been! They lost a star to letting customers wander in and around unmasked as well as staff with masks under nose.

The restaurant was standard Bob Evans Restaurant motif. The food was average Bob Evans fare. The setting located on THE Bob Evans Farm is what sets this location apart. The grounds are spacious, the views are expansive & inviting. The Bob Evans home is very well maintained as are the grounds.Definitely a piece of Americana that needs to be known and investigated.A unique part of the grounds is the pioneer village. Original 19th century homes & buildings moved from various locations from throughout Ohio and reassembled/preserved here. Very important to the student of 19th century Ohio history students and amateur historians.
