Schoepfle Gardens is a beautiful and inspiring area tucked off a country road in Birmingham, Ohio. It is a wonderful spot to be in nature, described as a heaven on earth and a beautiful wonderland of luscious gardens. The grounds are surprisingly big, featuring lovely walking paths that meander through the space. There is a main half-mile Garden Path loop of asphalt, which is wheelchair accessible, that takes visitors through wooded areas, past wonderful gardens, a pond, and different features. It is a great place for a calm and calming stroll, perfect for walking alone, with friends, or for the entire family. A major highlight is the beautiful Children’s Garden, which is mostly fenced and offers wonderful options for small children. It includes a working carousel, a small playground with slides, a tunnel, a bridge, and rocks to climb. There is a creek with water pails, a music garden with instruments throughout, a small labyrinth or maze of bushes, and areas for discovery and exploration. The park provides great seating for picnics, with benches along the paths and picnic tables in the Children’s Garden area. Restrooms are accessible and clean, located in a yellow building at the front. It is important to note that no dogs are permitted, only service animals. This park offers something different to see around every corner and is a grand spot for a bit of wonder.

Very nice paths and trails with beautiful river views. Nice easy walk for a bit of fresh air.
