Zero stars. My keys fell off of a keychain, and now all of them are lost. I have attempted to contact Public Storage every day for the last week. There are no humans working in their offices. The front desk was replaced with a kiosk, which claims to be alive agent. The live agent, then repeats the same thing that the phone number you call repeats, which is the property manager will Reach out to you in up to 72 hours. This is outlandish. 72 hours for a call back about a lock being cut is crazy God forbid there was an emergency and somebody needed in their storage unit or needed help because there is nobody at the Public Storage to help you And there are no humans running their phone lines either. Do not rent a storage unit from Public Storage.

Broken into TWICE at this facility, stay away!
I have kept my cargo trailer here for two years now and I have twice been broken into and robbed.
The first time was done from someone within the complex. The solution was to move to a spot closer to the cameras.
The second time was a couple weeks ago, someone pulled up and cut through the fence breaking into multiple trailers.
The storage company did nothing either time to fix the solution or reimburse loses, even though they were at fault.
This looks like a nice, new facility, but unfortunately the security is zero. The gate is frequently broken in the up position. For a storage facility I only request one thing and that is to keep my stuff safe, and this place just doesn’t deliver.

My trailer was broken into and management still hadn't gotten back to me. Then they decided to raise my rent right after my break in. Tried to contact the site manager and STILL can not reach this person.
