The employees are horrible at least the ones that answer the phones. Good customer service was not taught to be demonstrated in this particular location which is sad. They don’t know how to speak or greet customers calling or walking in. This isn’t my first or second encounter with this Pizza Hut at this location and the horrible customer services. Especially when the customer is giving respectful energy Initially. The responses that they display give off bad vibes bad attitudes. Most of my complaints are from males at the register answering the phone/taking orders. If they don’t want to deal with the raft of a customer directly I think it’s best they change their approach and how they respond and talk to people. This location will continue to lose money. At this point I would rather drive and give another location my money due to the lack of respect/customer service at this location. It’s not hard to be polite and if it is then they need to remove themselves from customer services industry.

You're kidding me. I will never order from Pizza Hut especially since they're firing drivers because the minimum wage increased shows what they think of their workers. Now this is the quality people will get.

Just got my food so quick and it looks so good! Even the breadsticks are seasoned and cooked well. Try them again if you haven't in awhile!

Bad customer service.We ordered a delivery online. Just to receive a call 45 minutes after the pizza is done, to let us know that they won’t deliver the pizza because we chose cash payment.Person who called was rude, and should NOT do customer service..

I had delivery. I was watching my delivery person on my phone and they were going in circles. Like , I am not that hard to find. Ha , ha. It took awhile to get here . The employee of course, tells me I am not in his delivery area when I am literally 4 red lights away. The food was very good I give them that . Just update your delivery list or find a new customer receivables phone service employee. That would be amazing. I hate having Uber eats deliver my Pizza Hut . Thanks again,

I get when you're having a bad day but as someone walking in to pick up an order and hearing the only guy working talking about "even though I'm at work I had my gun on me, I'll clock out and take him out back and leave him in the trash" seems a little unprofessional and unhinged

Pizza wasn't good. Asked for extra sauce and it feels like they gave less than normal. There's a note on the receipt to leave feedback but no code for me to actually do so. Would give 0 stars.

I was surprised at how unimpressive the cheese stuffed crust pizza was this time. The few times prior were perfect. I guess you can't get the same quality every time you order. Guess it depends on who is making your pizza. The Beef stuff crust was ok.

Do not expect to receive your entire order if you get delivery from Blacklick. They forgot half my order and told me to come & pick it up. I ordered delivery because I'm sick. I should have picked it up and coughed all over everyone. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered food I was suppose to receive my food 25-35. I called the store after not receiving my food an hour later. I explained the situation to the lady and told her I wanted to cancel. She was very rude and told me I couldn't cancel. I then receive Mt food it took 1 hr and 15 mins. It was cold when we got it. My bread sticks were hard and they gave me 1 little tiny dipping sauce for a double order of breadsticks. My order was just about 35.00 this is unacceptable. The sad thing is this wasn't the first time it has happened and the store doesn't do anything about it. They can at least credit my money back for the sorry service they give. I'm done with this store. I hope everyone who reads really takes the reviews seriously. This really is an awful place. You don't get your money's worth there.

Even though I requested contactless pickup, I had to go into Pizza Hut to get my food. The employee said they saw “I was here” from the app but they don’t bring out to the vehicle. Really?
