This is about customer service! Russ is PHENOMENAL! He was super patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. I have worked with other companies and they can be dismissive. But I must say, the customer service at Art Brands and in particular Russ is top notch! THANK YOU for helping me!!

This is long, so bare with me. Basically several people brushed off my need for disability accommodations and were really rude to me about it. But there were other issues as well. I interviewed for a position that would have me on the computer prepping prints, but was instead hired on as someone who would handle printing large sheets and make stickers because their guy quit without notice. My manager, Gayle, made me cry. I told her I needed to talk to someone about disability accommodations. She asked, "What disability do you have?" I told her I have scoliosis (because that's what mainly causes me pain, though I have other disabilities) and she said, "Oh, my daughter has that and can move around fine. She's had two surgeries and she's 14." I was telling her my other issues and I started crying in front of her...I don't need to hear about how she knows someone with my condition who is okay and doesn't need accommodations?? She didn't even say sorry when I was crying...I had to pull myself together really fast so I could help put a roll of paper on the printer. The next day, the president (Larry) called me, the guy who hired me (Nathan), and another guy (Josh) into his office to talk about me wanting disability accommodations. I thought it was going to go okay?? I told him that I just wanted to be able to sit down as needed. Not all the time, but often. "Aren't you already sitting?" "Yeah, but I just don't want it to be a problem--" "Well, one time," says Josh, "she was just sitting while the printer ran." I didn't get a chance to interject, but these prints are huge and keep getting messed up (EVERYONE KNOWS THIS), so there was a valid reason I was watching them print while sitting down?? Larry asked Nathan what the job application said about the position I interviewed for. They looked it up and it was totally different from what it was they had me doing. I was SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE COMPUTER. You know, SITTING DOWN. THAT'S WHY I APPLIED. Then Josh and Larry were like, "Well, you didn't tell us you had scoliosis, you just said you needed insulin or something." I said, "Yeah, I have type-1 diabetes--" and Larry said, "Diabetes isn't a disability." That's not true, but I'm not even looking for accommodations for diabetes, I'm asking for accommodations for levoscoliosis. "Scoliosis," he says, "that's something you're diagnosed with when you're a baby--" and I immediately say, "No" because I was diagnosed last year. At this point I'm starting to tear up because I don't understand why they're being so weird??? Larry already told me to bring in a doctor's note, so I don't know why he's still heckling me about what I did or didn't write or what is or isn't a disability. "Well sometimes you're just going to have to stand all day," says Josh, "that's the kind of job this is." No...no it isn't. That's literally not the position I applied for. We just went over this, Josh, try to pay attention. I wouldn't have applied if that was the job BECAUSE I HAVE LEVOSCOLIOSIS. Anyway, the meeting ends. I have 10 minutes left of my shift. I'm trying not to break down totally, but once it hits 4 and I get out to my car, my mom calls. And I just start crying. Once I get home, I go ahead and send them an email saying that I'm quitting.

Art brands has created some custom products for me that are outstanding. I am an indie book publisher and I have used Art brands to provide custom tote bags to bundle with my other products. The quality is such that my customers keep them as collectible items. The artists helped improve the designs I sent in which made the images stand out even more. The staff is courteous and prompt. I have been ordering from Art brands for several years and have never been disappointed. I recommend their products over any other. The quality, consistency, and creative designs are second to none.

Purchases arrived in a smashed down box. The plastic they were sealed in was not completely sealed there were open holes along the edges allowing air to get in and dry the transfers and ink out. Some of these transfers are as much as 11 months old which combined with the holes in the plastic is not a good deal. I did a test transfer with one from a not properly sealed pack and the edges curled up and were unusable. Now I can see why they have a high minimum purchase for first time customers. They need that large order to keep a float. Larry Levine, stop sending customers requests for reviews before their order even ships and maybe your customer service will improve. There products do not meet my product quality standards and performs poorly. A complete waste of $140.00 Larry Levine and ArtBrands.com YOU ARE FIRED...

I ordered a face mask which I knew was basically an accessory, not really one for COVID, so I wasn't expecting that. However, what came was barely a mask. It was a small piece of material, stretchy, with cuts on each end to put over one's ears. But. There were two pieces, exactly the same, and they were not even sewn together. The material is poor quality and, if the cost of the materials and screenprinting was over $2.00, I'd be shocked. The cost of the mask was $14.90. Total ripoff.

Purchased many different transfers and had application problems with most of them. The fine lines won’t transfer and edges peal off with backing. Lost many shirts trying to get them to work.

Judy is very nice and helpful but I ordered several things and have done everything that was recommended on the directions. But everything that I have pressed has either bubbled when I would do the hot peel or the corners would lift. I do have a industrial heat press. Very unhappy even asked for a refund on my order and they discounted what I used and they stated they do not do refunds. Will not use art brands ever again!

I have been printing shirts and offset presses for 22 years and this company is top notch i have not had one problem at all in fact i am so happy with every single item i have purchased, not one piece has failed me and please ask for my rep JUDY BUSS she is freaking amazing her customer service skills are above and beyond she has taken my business to the next level and i couldnt be more happy! and we print thousands of shirts !! Not sure about other reviewers but Ive had.no problems like them. Everyone gets one or two bad transfers..i mean out of a thousand, its just the way it is. But in my case if that ever happend, my sales rep fully and quickly gets back to us and gets the order fixed. The transfers (I use AB for custom work) is nothing but high quality. They press fine, even after some low sellers sit on the shelf for years, they press fine. I love how i can get standard ink, soft ink, and vintage ink for the same price. It allows me to have many diffrent looks and feels with out art. I've worked with another Columbus and New Jersey print company, and hands down ABrands is the best. My customer service rep is the best and always in top of my needs.
