I needed an oil change and I went to Take 5 in Reynoldsburg off of E Broad street. They recommend the more expensive oil change from the one I bought before. The technician was very nice and friendly. I would recommend using Take 5 and always use them for oil changes

One car in front of me and took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. No one ever came out to tell me it might take a bit. Offered to change my cabin filter for $50. When I said no, immediately offered to change for $35. So is $50 a scam? If it’s $35 then just offer that the first time. Ended with me having to type in my pin for my card to pay, with the guy standing right there watching me. And I don’t think they ever added air to my tires despite me asking.
Regardless of reality, they presented like they were scamming me the entire time. Won’t be back.
Btw, oil change is in the name of the business. Why isn’t it a service option to select when leaving a review?

The only reason I don’t change my own oil is time—nothing more. Unfortunately, choosing this place was a mistake I won’t repeat. This is, without question, the most expensive oil change service I’ve ever been to, and the price might almost be tolerable if the competence matched it. It doesn’t.
They attempted to upsell me by inspecting my differential fluid, windshield wipers, and coolant. Then came the real insult: they told me my coolant was “bad” and tried to prove it with a test. The problem? It did not test bad. I know this for a fact, because I have a college degree in auto mechanics.
Either they don’t understand what they’re looking at, or they assume their customers don’t. Neither option is acceptable. I don’t know who they think they’re fooling, but I’m not it. This place is a complete joke, and I will never come back.

Received an oil change there in September and within 2 weeks my oil light was on in my car. I took my car to Nissan and had to pay over $700 for oil valve cover replacement and additional oil change. Tried repeatedly to contact take 5 customer service with no response except for a claim was filed, but I haven’t heard anything not even an acknowledgment that the claim was filed.

Not good at all . This is to much money . I use to go valvoline every 3 months they didn’t charge me 98.88 since 4 years I just go because I can gat good offer . But Iam not will never use this Service again
